We stayed for one night at Nuanza Hotel. The check-in process was fast and we had to pay a deposit of IDR 300,000 upfront. We were given a welcome drink in the lobby. Our request for a pool view room was also accommodated by Nuanza. Our room was on the 11th floor and it was very clean. However, it would have been better if the room was already cool before we entered (the AC was turned on 20 minutes before the 2:00 PM check-in time). The bed was clean and there was a long sofa that we could use to enjoy the view from the hotel room. Don't expect too much for a good view because Cikarang is a city dominated by factories. But the air outside the hotel is quite good, so no problem there. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The best part for us was the gym area, whirlpool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The gym equipment was quite complete with premium brands, all functioning well and well-maintained. The lockers also had sensor keys that could be requested from the front desk staff. The sauna had alternating hours for men and women and had to be requested to be turned on when we wanted to use it, probably for electricity cost efficiency. The whirlpool (Sento) was good, but it would be better if there were air bubbles blown into the pool. For the warm temperature, we suggest raising it to 35-40 degrees Celsius and it would be perfect. The jacuzzi had cold water and the temperature was extraordinary, very good. For the jacuzzi, we suggest reducing the amount of chlorine. As for the sauna, it was the best even compared to 5-star hotels. The temperature was perfect for sauna lovers, set at around 80 degrees Celsius. Nuanza Hotel is great. There were 3 swimming pools, but there were 2 ways to access them, either through the restaurant or through the stairs. It was not a problem for us. The large pool (infinity pool) was quite big and I liked it because it was positioned lengthwise with a view of the MBZ toll road and the high-speed train. There were also 2 children's pools, one cold and one warm, with shady trees in the warm pool. When we were there, the position was... (the text was cut off and incomplete)

Booked 3 deluxe rooms, got them at 10. Arrived at 1 pm.. only got 1 room at 3 pm... Then got another room at 4 pm.. and the last room at 5 pm.. the check-in queue was very long. It seems like because the hotel is new, and maybe back to back, so the staff is not efficient in handling this process. Even just for registration it took more than 15 minutes. We left the deposit, then left with the front desk agent. And we were not informed about what we should wait for. After a long time, we were given a welcome drink while waiting for the room. Thank God we got the first room with the help of the GM in charge who coordinated with HK at the FO. And there was a staff member who helped us at the elevator (maybe a greeter/gro). After checking in, we were very happy. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Complete facilities. Tried the pool, ofuro, and sauna, it was great... Hopefully, if we come back here, the check-in and check-out service will be perfect and the housekeeping will be even faster in making up the room... Recommended to stay!

This hotel is a 12 on a 1 to 10 scale. I stay at this one and another nearby that is also excellent. Nuanza is kept literally germ free. They have a staff that constantly cares for the property even cleaning all exposed structural supports. The staff is beyond kind and gracious. The food selection is outstanding my compliments to the chef in the food buyer.. Take your pic, Western, Korean ,Japanese or native Indonesian. There’s something for everybody on this menu for a few weeks before you would probably re-order the same dish. The swimming pool is fantastic. The gym is more than adequate. There really isn’t anything negative to say about this place.. DJB

The hospitality from all the staffs were great! From entering the hotel, check in process, and check out. You got 3 welcome drink on the day you were arrived. Guava or pineapple juice on the lobby, wedang tea (ice/hot) with honey at the Porte, durian soup at Rimba Restaurant. The infinity pool and jacuzzi on M2 floor was incredible place to spend your evening with the loved ones. The hotel provides kids club in the weekend, ofero (hot and cold tub), sauna for free!! In addition, they got spa facility for you to choose. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. My #1 hotel so far ❤️ keep up the cleanliness and the good work!
