Great budget hotel not far from airport”
Great budget hotel in Tan Binh District (some people are writing bad reviews about the hotel being far from the city centre....yes, it is... do your research before booking! Don't then blame the hotel in your review, because you didn't take the time to check the distance hotel was from centre, at the time you booked the room). Saying that, you can easily get a bus into the city centre from nearby Cong Hoa Street. Buses are frequent and cost about 5000VND only per ticket. Traffic permitting, the bus ride only takes 30 minutes. The hotel is nice and quiet, with comfy room. Lots of local eateries / cafes nearby.... and you can also walk 15 minutes to Pandora City Mall (+ very large Big C supermarket), or get a Grab car or motorbike (download the app, it's very useful for getting around the city) to the nearby Aeon Mall (huge mall in nearby Tan Phu district... only 10 minutes drive). Lots of shops there, supermarket, food court, cafes, cinema etc).

Nice and clean hotel”
I booked for 2 nights very nice and clean hotel its more than just a 2 star hotel.The staff are good only they speak little of english but they are trying somehow.The location is quite far from the city center just good for an early fights.Still i am recomending Nui Thanh hotel

Good location, beautiful standard room”
we stayed at the hotel for 1 night only but were impressed enough for such 2 star hotel. it totally worth 3 star standard should there were a swimming pool and masssage service :) room is spacious compared to other standard room of similar hotels. very clean, well furnished. location was good, near the tan son nhat and tan binh area.

Stayed one night but was fantastic ”
We were needing a one night hotel in Saigon as we had a flight the next day. This hotel was relatively close to the airport (a 100,000 VND cab ride). When we arrived we were very pleased with how clean the hotel was the shower had the best pressure we've seen in S.E. Asia. It was also very reasonably priced. We arrived from Da Nang and were very hungry. The staff made us instant noodles with egg for 20,000 VND and despite being instant, it was surprisingly delicious. The location is bad if you want to be near the city centre but for a place near the airport it was fantastic. It was possible we were the only other guests there so the staff was very attentive. Hopefully being on agoda will get them more business.

Brand new and pristine condition”
the hotel was just opened about a month ago so everything is still a1. wifi 100%, tv 100% but no english channels, a/c and fridge 100%, hot water 150% it is located about 6 km from the centre but there are many buses running to ben than ? market bus terminal at a price of 4000 vnd. locally there are coffee shops, and good places to eat but not a lot of night life if that is what you want. had lunch in the room one day, good food and good portion size, only 40,000 vnd

stayed at the hotel for the third time, and still provided with great friendliness. 7km from city centre, a little bit far but should not be a big problem. near the airport for those who need to catch an early flight the next morning. the local area is worth exploring, especially for those who has a motorbike, if you dont, rent it!

Near Airport. Far from City center”
This hotel is good only if you need to take a flight late or early of the day or a place to stay near airport. 10 minutes to airport. Hotel wifi is very poor. Very noisy on daytime because of construction going on and you can hear the furnitures when move on the other rooms. Nothing to do outside of the hotel. Boring neighborhood. Staff are friendly.

Disappointing Reception desk”
I made 3 bookings for this hotel in a period of two weeks time during our Holiday. When we left on Thursday we mention we will return on Sunday morning. Gentalmen at reception promiss us to to make a note of that. Today we arrive at 12.30 with no room available, the lady at reception was not informed and did not seem to care about taking care of a customer who made 3 bookings at there hotel. My advice is to avoid disappointments at this Hotel and search for somthing with a better customer service.

disappointed., but it was value fun money i suppose.it is not near the airport, as advertised. the check in was super quick. which after a 22 hour flight i appreciated. the staff are super friendly, next time i need to ask them anything i will practice vietnamese, english was not available. in short, if you want to see the less touristy part of hcm, if you want to practice your vietnamese, then this is a friendly place. i decided to pay a few dollars more and get closer to the city and transport hub. but of course that choice will be noisier.

This hotel is targeted for local customers who need 1 or 2 hours, thus the service is very poor. If you need a proper hotel for holiday or business, I recommend you should not touch this kind of hotels. Awful experiences.
