We stayed in Numsai Khaosuay Resort for 2 nights. Superb location, not too far from town and quiet for good night’s sleep. Hotel room is very clean and staff is super attentive. Hotel breakfast is very good too. Highly recommended for short trip to Ranong.

Check-in disaster with TV, AC, safebox and malfunctioning. One hour wait in stifling heat for room change, with no apology. Property is quite nice, with well appointed rooms and beautiful gardens. Pool very small. Major problem with front desk customer relations.

Great city location”
The hotel is designed with the concept of Thai architecture thus the deco and amenities including shampoo and body wash are influenced by that concept. The staff was very helpful. The hotel facility is limited with small swimming pool. There were a few things I didn’t like about this place; the mattress was too soft and the room was dark even all the lights were on. I still think that this hotel is probably the better choice to stay in Ranong. Another place that I stayed during the trip was The Hidden Resort and Restuarant. The latter offers better breakfast, bigger swimming pool, and excellent staff service. If I will come back to this province again, I’ll stay at The Hidden Resort if I have to choose between the two.

My stay at Numsai Khaosuay Resort was excellent, I would highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys comfort in a beautiful garden setting, yet within walking distance to town and even the Hot springs! The bed was the most comfortable of all the beds I slept in during my Thailand holiday, with a memory foam top over a supportive mattress :-) Nice pool environment and the breakfast area is a lovely setting also! Friendly small resort in excellent location”
numsai khaosay resort is conveniently placed for easy access to the centre of ranong within easy reach of the main chumphon to phuket road. the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was very, very good.the local market is situated across the road (literally a 2 minute walk) where one can purchase locally produced food and drink. i would highly recommend this resort as it is quiet, friendly and is ideally placed as a centre to explore the region.

I stay there only short trip..but it is really impressed me. Hotel really beautiful and helpful staff. Location also good.. Just 10 minutes walk from HTL to Bus station and next from HTL also have evening Market.. I have plan to go back there again with some friends in December. See you soon Numsai Khaosuay! Ranonggggggg

Comfortable hotel near the centre of Ranong”
This hotel in the centre of Ranong offers comfortable rooms. The staffs were very friendly but spoke hardly any English. Our room a standard size but was comfortable. Our room offered a nice balcony overlooking the parking lot. Because the hotel and the large pool are situated in a nice garden you never feel like being in a busy city. We would chose this hotel again for our next visit to Ranong.

Probably one of the best hotel in ranong”
From what I survey in Ranong, probably the best choice for resort/hotel. Very nice design and garden style. Open air area. I read some negative comments about "small" swimming pool. Well,yes it is not an Olympic size swimming pool but definitely more than enough, unless u wanna play water polo with 20 people ;-) I was happy with it Staff is kind and wanna help, even if it seems they don't know much the surroundings. But they can still help. Fully recommend this hotel. Especially for Ranong standard.

Beautiful resort in a handy location. ”
We booked our stay for one night when passing through Ranong. The location is great - just off the highway 4 and only 15 minutes to the nicer end of town where you can find cafes, shops and restaurants (J&Ts Restaurant is worth checking out for delicious tasty traditional local food). Our room was pleasant and clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that surprised us what that the reception staff spoke almost no English. I don't by any means travel the world and automatically assume that everyone should speak my language but, in a high-end hotel, I was surprised that the three people serving us appeared to no nothing at all.

This is a very comfortable and well maintained hotel. Located opposite a really nice night market. A central location and easy to get to the local attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling through Ranong or wants to spend a few days exploring the area. I will stay here again.

Great small hotel”
The hotel is nice and clean. We stay in the delux room which is a little bigger than normal room. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very helpful. The bathroom is perfect with hot spring bath tub in the room. Breakfast is okay though more varieties could make it better. Wholewheat bread would however be better than just white slices of bread. The surrounding garden is pretty. A little swimming pool is good for the hotel of this size. We will stay again here again if we visit Ranong next time.

Quiet and comfortable but no frills”
In line with with apparently every other hotel/restaurant in Ranong, Xmas dinner is not available here! Infact the only meal we ate in the hotel was breakfast; on day one, it was served to order. The menu was very limited but quality was good. On day 2, it was a buffet, but exactly the same menu, only colder. The downstairs bar seemed not to be open, but it was very pleasant ordering drinks upstairs in the restaurant area, which has a view from the veranda to the main road and hills beyond. The restaurant has a nice choice of comfortable Thai style floor seating, or western style seating. As far as drinks are concerned, there are cocktails on the menu but don't expect them to be professionally mixed or decorated. There is ample car parking with helpful security men, and the rooms are set a short walk (through a pleasant garden) from the main very open reception area. The rooms are a reasonable size and very comfortable. Maid service was good and the reception staff here were very friendly and efficient.

Hotel is set on a hill slope upon entering Ranong by road. Quiet and away from the noise and bustle. To go down town, transport will be needed. The view of the Main Street from the breakfast restaurant is spectacular. I would prefer buffet as the portions were excessive for me and I didn’t like to waste food. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

One night in Ranong”
the stay was pleasant. but dont expect too much. the rooms are clean and big enough for the 55€ we spend for the night. the pool is very small. there is no breakfast buffet, just some choices on the card. the staff will bring, what you have ordered. the choices for breakfast are limited. the restaurant has a nice view on the mountains and you can sit on the floor. the hotels location is in the center of Ranong and very easy to find if you are travelling by car. The parking is free of charge. All in all it was a nice place to stay in Ranong.
