Nunia Boutique Villas offers great value for your money. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed having our own pool that you can freely lounge in any time of the day. The toilet and rest room are also clean and well equipped. You have and indoor and outdoor shower. The walk to the beach is just 15 minutes. Truly a great place to stay in Seminyak, Bali.

Lovely relaxing stay”
Everything we wanted and could have asked for was provided at Nunia. The villas are exceptionally good value for money, and the rooms / beds etc are incredibly comfortable and considering it is in the middle of Seminyak - it is super quiet and serene. The staff are all very helpful and the location is very central which allowed us to walk to most places. My daughter felt safe the whole time as the villa is designed so you can see everyone from most spaces which provides a nice open feel. The pool was also the highlight - the perfect depth and size for us to play and swim in all day long! A wonderful relaxing break and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a easy villa stay in Bali.

Spacious 2-bedroom with private pool”
Pros - Spacious 2 bedroom with private pool - Daily sumptuous breakfast with one main and one juice and one coffee/tea - Friendly and helpful service staff - Daily shuttle service to Seminyak areas - Free airport shuttle service to and fro Ngurah Rai Airport - Located about 8mins walk to Seminyak Square with the nice cafes around - Close to Petitenget beach and Potato Head Beach Club - It was our honeymoon trip and they decorated our bed and bathroom, gave us a bouquet of flowers + a honeymoon cake, fantastic service Cons - Some mosquitoes (small) and some big ones in the villa but I guess all villa has it - Overall cleanliness is great but can be improved especially bedroom - Lighting could be brighter in the bathroom

I stayed in Villa Seminyak Nonya for a week to spend our honeymoon in a bedroom villa, living room and private pool .. Reception and facilities were very great .. They have many disadvantages first when they bring breakfast to the villa annoy the person by repressing the pressure on the bell this provocation .. Reception staff lacked tact .. The furniture in the villa is old and rickety .. I am frankly the first time I live in Bali and I want to say what happened to me for credibility and transparency

NICE STAY”
It was our first trip to Bali, we had a great time here, it was quite a great location with walking distance to the village and shopping mall with the guidelines from the hotel staffs, we arrived early to try if we could check in early, to our saddness we couldnt so, we leave our luggage with them and went round rolling through..... when we return for check in... to our surprised they had place all our luggage back into the villas already, and walked us through the villas showing and explaining to us... what is what .. we had a great 3 nights stays hotel staffs we really great, friendly... we asked for additional bacon, they provide us .. breakfast was setup in the villas... we almost forgot that we needs to place order for our breakfast, we asked if we could still order after the timing given, thank them for allowing us to do so .. so, we order for it... if not ... we wouldnt had breakfast.. the only bad point was .. the aircon wasnt that cooling... other than that it was alright....

No security and hardly any staff”
We stayed 3 of our 6 booked nights. Had to leave early due to coronavirus and requested a refund for 3 nights. Haven't had a reply. But when we arrived, although the place was just about empty and we requested an early check in as our flight arrived at 10am, they made no attempt to have a room ready for us before 3pm. They had vacant rooms though. There was a security gate but it was open 24/7. No one checked us in or out, or our driver or taxis. Anyone could have come or gone. No security at all. Breakfast was included but we had to ask how and when to order. We weren't told this without asking. The WiFi was hopeless, we ended up using my data roaming. We told the staff about this and they reset their modem, then it worked for a short while then stopped again. Although there was a kitchenette and kettle etc, no tea or coffee sachets were left at all. We left 5 bottles of beer extra in the fridge but they still charged us for 2 cans of coke. Beds were comfortable, room was clean.

Privacy, staff courtesy and a relaxing stay”
Nunia was an amazing place to stay. We had just got married at a large villa that could sleep 24 guests and now we honeymooned just the 2 of us in the private villa. Location was a short 5 minute stroll to 'Eat Street'. The beach was 10-12 minutes. We could get a taxi out the front and the convenience store was a 5 minute walk the other way. 'Grocer & Grind' was 5 minutes away for morning coffee and breakfast was included and tasted great. The villa was spacious, modern & clean. It was one of the few villas that could be fully locked up however we flung open the bi-folding doors every morning to open the place up to the pool & gardens. The living dining area was full size with a sound system that we plugged the iPod into. The kitchen had gas cooking (didn't use it) and a good size fridge/freezer. The bedroom had another flat screen TV (didn't use either of the TVs) and then opened to a huge bathroom with double stone bath, double vanity basins plus an indoor & outdoor shower. Both the bedroom & living were air conditioned and the deck by the pool had 2 quality sun lounges. The staff were excellent bring us ice and milk for our Kahlua and could not be more helpful. We would recommend and stay again at Nunia Boutique Villas

Well furnished, clean, great place to chill out.”
We stayed at a 2-bedroom pool at Nunia Villas for 4 nights with our two young children and our parents. Was a lovely place! The furnishings were relatively new and we were happy that the rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. Especially the bathroom - was very spacious, with an outdoor shower, a bathtub, and separate shower and toilet. What we particularly appreciated was that the living room was air-conditioned, something really nice when the weather got really hot and humid. The service personnel was very accommodating and prompt. Front desk was especially helpful in helping us make reservations at restaurants, call for taxis and provide directions to some of the places we wanted to go. One morning we woke up to find that the water supply was cut off. Called front desk and they sent a technician within minutes to resolve the matter. We were supposed to check out at 12pm but since our transfer to the airport would only come at 2.30pm, the Villa accommodated our request to let us remain in the living room of the villa to wait. Otherwise, we would have to drag two restless young children along the streets while waiting for the airport transfer. In sum, a very delightful stay. It's a wonderful place to just chill out, laze around the pool or just watch TV all day. Only thing is it's a little far from the Seminyak beach. We took 15-20 min to walk (leisurely) from the Villa to Seminyak Square, and the Seminyak beach was even further down the road. Throughout our stay we didn't actually get to Seminyak beach, but visited Kuta and Jimbaran beaches instead (via taxis). Taxis are readily available though so I guess it would have been easy to catch a cab to the beach if we wanted. Would definitely consider staying at Nunia when we next visit Bali.

Great Villa, Not So Well Maintained”
Stayed in Villa Nunia during our 4D stopover in Bali from 12/02-15/02. We had an amazing time and despite the cons, we will return if we are in Seminyak again. Will break this up into Pros and Cons. Pros. Villa Nunia is located in Seminyak. Minutes away (by car) to famous establishments like Kudeta and The Potato Head. Walking distance to Seminyak Square and many shops and food outlets around the Seminyak Area. Our 1 bedroom villa was really spacious and had a wonderful pool upfront. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. We met and spoke with many staff and they were all helpful, polite and able to communicate in English. 50+ channels of Indonesian and international channels available on both flat panel TVs. We also had a Yamaha sound system and a Samsung DVD system. Bedlinen was plush and comfortable and made you wanna sleep in all day. Cons. The road outside Villa Nunia is really broken and almost impossible to walk on at night without falling (public road so it isn't the managements fault). Overall maintenance work on the villa can be improved upon: The pool deck was crawling with ants and we couldn't use the deck chairs, water supply was disrupted from the 2nd night until the 3rd morning, WIFI was disrupted on the 3rd morning, total power failure on the 4th morning. Our greatest disappointment was calling for room service on Valentines Day. We wanted to have a romantic dinner in villa and called to order dinner at 1915hrs and we were informed that the kitchen had closed for the evening.

Beautiful and very private villa”
We stayed at Nunia Villa for two days, loved the villa's decor, comfortable beds, the huge beautiful bathrooms made getting ready such a joy. Pool was nice and big, staff were friendly and attentive, and even prepared a complimentary basket of chips, snacks, beer and drinks for us to enjoy by the pool. Breakfast is all right, not a huge selection, we went for the american breakfast on the first day which was quite average, preferred the delicious Indonesian breakfast on the 2nd day. Villa is quite private and quiet, and we hardly saw or heard guests from other nearby villas. Villa is located quite a distance from the main Seminyak area, about 15 minutes drive to Jln Laksmana and Seminyak beach. Villa provides shuttle services twice a day, but taxi are quite plentiful along the road as well, just need to walk out a bit to get them. In all, a very enjoyable stay at the Nunia, truly value-for-money.

Good, clean, big space and good view”
The stay in Nunia was nice and I would definitely go back if I visit Bali again. The Villa is located about 58 mins walk to the main street of Seminyak. You can find lots of restaurant along the street. The Villa was nice and well equipped; you can cook your own meal if you would like.
