A very good location, near to Arau town and Arau market, just 3 min walk to Pasar Malam on Friday. The swimming pool was ok, the water was warm even at night due to the hot weather during the day. Maybe it can be improved by regularly checking the remote controls (no functioning batteries) and the hot tub seems not functioning. On another note, no WiFi is available here.

Overall I'll say, is a spacious house for a big crowd. However during my stay, the house is still under renovation and there is a water issues. The stray cat is all around the floor, and the pool that's half fool are not covered, and quite dangerous for young child. Quite unfortunate to be in this situation as we came in a group. However, despite this uncontrolled event, we just look forward and enjoyed our stay. Hopefully they can improve this.
