Lovely hotel”
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was large and really nice ! We had a fantastic view of the ocean. Although quite far from the city center, it was only a short drive. The breakfast was great as well, staff really friendly!

LOVELY ROOMS ”
Rooms great and staff great went out of way to be helpful this we could not fault but Hotel position not good if you dont have a car and find long walks up and down a very STEEP hill difficult, There was a shuttle but it stopped at 6 so that would mean you had to eat at Hotel every night and the meal choices were very limited indeed . No Tea or Coffee facilities in room and you could not even buy water from outside or you would be charged ten euros for it and if you wanted to buy your own wine for your room there was a ten euro corkage on it, The pool was great but difficult get into an( did not open till 10 and closed at 6) if you were an older person, The staff were great especially the Shuttle Driver,He was really helpful and kind,We felt the price to stay at Hotel was good but all the extras you had to add on made the stay VERY EXPENSIVE, Hotel too far out of town and too many rules and regulations for guests ,

Our room was with view on the pool, but we have to walk +/-5 minutes before we get by the reception and breakfast. The breakfast was oke, but there were no fresh products like orange juce. you have to wait a long time before they bring new croissants. The staff here was not always that friendly. The staff on the reception was always very helpfull and friendly. In the hotel is a shuttle buss for free, but it would be nice if it rides after 6pm to!

Not worth even two stars”
Rated as 4 star this place is a total disapointment. We had a room in floor -2 and felt like in a bunker. The hotel might have had 4 stars 20 years ago, loosing 1 every decade....

Excellent location, 4 star, great restaurant on site”
Nyala Suite Hotel in San Remo is an excellent hotel, perched above the city, with a free shuttle service every half hour. Ariana, at the reception while check in, upgraded us to a sea view room which was greatly appreciated. In fact all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant served excellent food. We had dinner there 2 nights and the breakfast was plentiful with ample choices of delicious homemade cakes. I would recommend Nyala Suite Hotel for those visiting San Remo and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main town and yet with with easy access also.

Hôtel excentré, désuet qu'un personnel dévoué et sympathique n'arrive pas à " rattraper".... ca n'est pas très propre ( notamment les parties communes), mal entretenu, et en état de décrépitude par endroits !!!

C'est la 2eme fois que nous y allons, hors saison mais il y a toujours la navette gratuite qui nous conduit au centre ville et le personnel est charmant la propreté irréprochable. L'hôtel est vieillissant mais de qualité et les chambres disposent d'un salon et d'une terrasse. Le petit déjeuner très complet et très bon quant au restaurant il est un peu cher mais excellent. Une bonne étape dans cette jolie ville de Sanremo
