We've finally found the best and affordable accomodation in Baguio. The location is accessible to many tourist spots and have many options of tranaportation aside from personal car. You can take a jeepney or even walk going to Burnham Park. The room is clean and tidy and even their comfort room. But what we like the most here is their staff. They were very accomodating, friendly, considerate and provided a good customer service. We granted our request to serve the free breakfast meals earlier than the usual serving time although the menu waa different which was understandable. They helped us to find a transpo provider for our tour going to Atok on a last minute. Hence, we wont have a problem next time looking for a place to stay when we go back to Baguio. We will surely come back here and will highly recommend to our friends.

The hotel was walking distance to the Bagiuo Market but was not in a busy area. The room was really spacious and clean. The balcony also had a nice view of the city. The breakfast was plated but there were many choices. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Best Location and view”
Really loved our stay in NYC Manhattan Suites, the place is very nice and clean plus every room has it’s own balcony. The location is perfect as it’s far from the noise but you can reach Burnham and other nearby places easily(15min walk) Breakfast is included and they also serve dinner, we had our lunch delivered though after our daily trips. Will surely comeback next time. Wifi speed could be better so I don’t think it’ll work if you want to work away from home using it, better bring your own data connection.

Right of the bat, the staff are friendly & accomodating. They’d often check on you if you need anything, kahit kung okay yung tulog mo tinatanong nila. There are plenty of breakfast options rin which is good. As for the location, it’s not in the center - which is a plus for us since ayaw namin ng masyadong magulo & maingay na location (although some people may prefer otherwise). As for the rooms itself, malinis sya & alaga naman. Our room had a balcony and maganda yung view, lalo na sa umaga kapag nagkakape ka lang.

Clean and spacious with great staff”
We had a really great time staying here at NYC Manhattan. Our room was sooo clean and spacious. And we enjoyed their silog breakfast. But what we love the most is that they have a very friendly staff (YES ALL OF THEM). They even allowed us to check in early (AT 6AM!!) since our room was available. Then on our last day, they also offered to keep our things so we can still roam around before going home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Next time I go to baguio, will def stay here again.

Peaceful retreat away from city”
The rooms are very spacious and clean! The location is very easy to find via taxi from the bus terminal. Going out from the hotel you just need to walk to the main road to get some cabs.

Their price is affordable and their rooms are clean. This is our second time here and we’ll definitely come back. Their staff are friendly and always helpful. Plus we enjoy our daily walks to and from Burnham park as it’s only about 1.5km away. We always think Baguio is a city meant for walking, it’s the best way to experience the city. Lastly, we just realized that it’s 2 blocks away from the main branch of our favorite spa in Baguio - North Haven Spa. What a treat!

I am a foreigner who reserves different vacation hotels for my filipina gf. At first I was concerned that it was rated 2 stars. However, the reviews on this hotel were excellent. My gf was very impressed with the hotel and her large room. Hot shower water in a cold baguio was a welcomed experience. The room was outstanding in every respect, big and clean. The neighbor was very residential and quiet. The view was spectacular and excellent. The free morning breakfast was subperb. The Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. My gf loved her experience at this hotel in baguio. I would recommend this hotel over any others when visiting Baguio city. It was more like a 4 star hotel than a 2 star hotel. Yet, the prices were affordable and alot of value for your money. I thank this hotel for making my gf stay a pleasurably experience that she will never forget the wonderful city of Baguio. Salamat.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! this is our second time staying at this hotel. They never fail to keep up with their hospitality. The hotel owner himself greets the guest. Very kind owner. He never charges for early checkin as long as the room is already available, unlike other hotels in baguio which charges everything up to the last drop of water.

Me and my husband had very good stay in this hotel for 3d 2n. The room is clean, the linen, the bathroom as well. One of the best part is the balcony where you can have a very good sight of nature and city lights at night The staffs are very approachable especially Doc Rudy, we are very much overwhelmed on how they welcome their guests. I also thank them for their effort on getting the balloons arranged in the room to have a little surprise for my husband's birthday. We will definetely go back and stay in this place when we go back. Will have this hotel recommended to all of my friends. Best experience!

Our stay has been great! We never expected the quality of the accommodation would go beyond our expectation. The size of the room, the amenities in place, the breakfast!, the all smiling staffs!. The rooms are very very spacious. The location is very near to Burham Park, City Hall, Session Road and the Public Market. We just walked from the accommodation to Session Road and the Market. It's in 1km radius of the city center. Internet via wifi in the rooms is good. The view from the rooms' balcony is awesome. ALL THEIR STAFF EVEN THE OWNER is so accomodating, napaka friendly, no awkwardness magrequest o kumausap ng staff nila,were just a newly wed couple and we spend our honeymoon at this hotel rm 303 the room itself is spacious,the place and rooms are quiet,food is great! my husband always wake up arly and excited to go down to teh dining area jsut to have breakfast, we also love how the owner roam around the dining hall and ask us if we sleep well an if malalate na sa bfast they call you via room phone to remind you about the bfats grabe yung conecrn makikita mo saknila by their simple act,if youre planning to stay in baguio an have a less hassle trip nyc manhattan in teh hotel for you,di ka magsisi sa bawat peso na magagastos mo for they are inexpenssive and budget friendly plus the service itself is quality,thats why me and husband keep on extending to teh poing we extended ;like 3nights with them if di lang talaga urgent yung event ng monday di kami uuwi ng pangasina. anyhow overall tehir service is quality .THIS HOTEL IS RECOMMENDED,100% COMFORTS IS WHAT THEY OFFER!-SHIELA AND DARWIN TENORIO 12-16/19-21 RM303

Very affordable yet EXCEPTIONAL!”
The place looks better personally than the photos. The rooms are big (we're really surprised)! They also upgraded our room upon check-in, and they let us check in early! They're very clean and comfortable, we love it! We got this in a really cheap price and this is a beautiful hotel compared to the other hotels with same price. Toiletries are provided (except toothpaste & toothbrush). Beds are comfortable, we had a really good sleep. The CR is very very clean! Water bottles are provided as well. The shower works well, they have good water pressure. In Room 205 the heat is just fine, but my family in Room 207, they said the shower heat is VERY HOT and isn't adjustable, so they had to bathe as if they're being boiled. Pls fix the shower there. Breakfast is great, the coffee and milo is good, we love the tocino and cornbeef, but my mom said the tapa is hard to chew. But other than that it's good. Location is near Burnham Park, but a bit far from the other tourist spots. But we had no problem with that :) Lastly, the staff is really polite and kind! They all have smiling faces, it's more enjoyable during the stay! Keep it up, the customers love it! Overall we're really happy with our stay here. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back here again!

The employees are accommodating. Some parts of the hotel are currently under renovation during our stay, due to this, the room we’ve booked had a strong scent of paint. We informed the staff and they hastily transferred us and even upgraded our room. A superb service indeed! As we are about to finish our breakfast, we met the owner. He was very approachable and humble. He even accepted our request to leave our baggage for some time because we are due to check out around 11am and our bus trip was 9pm. We are definitely going back to this hotel! Also, the rooms are very spacious, BANG FOR THE BUCK!

Location is a 10-15 minute walk from Burnham Park, although taxi does pass by on the nearby road and you may opt to use Grab Taxi. Staff service is superb - we arrived at around 1:30 AM and was immediately provided our key to our room. Will stay here again.
