Safe and excellent location, great facilities”
If you're looking for a full facilities hotel, this hotel is great. There are always staff at the main entrance ready to offer help with luggage (also helps that they made us feel safe in the area). Nearby supermarkets and restaurants and its right across the train station. Breakfast spread was excellent and there is also a gym. Room was really comfortable for us too!

One of the nicest Boutique Hotels ”
True to the pictures on the website. Everything is clean & well kept. I recommend you take the room package with breakfast. The breakfast spread was bountiful and tasty; best way to start your day before exploring Milan. Worth every penny. There are also many restaurants and eateries to choose from around the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was worried about airport transfer to the small Linate airport. Reception staff was helpful in arranging transport early in the morning. Right in front of the Milano Centrale Novembre entrance, you can easily access metro, cable car, bus, and train.

Great Choice ”
This hotel was great in every aspect, location, amenities and especially staff who were very friendly and helpful with many good recommendations on restaurants and shopping outlets. Big thanks to Ohio, the night shift security. Made a great recommendation for an Italian restaurant right next within a min walk. It was the best Italian food I had in Milan. Definitely recommend the place and next time I visit Milan will definitely be staying any NYX Hotel.

Beyond expectations, it's a huge cosy hotel with awesome facilities, there's a photo booth station as well! breakfast spread is pretty good, location is within 10mins from metro, really convenient, friendly and helpful hotel staffs as well :)

Lovely stay”
Location is perfect if you are arriving via train.. Just outside the train station. Everything was lovely... breakfast, the room and helpful staff. The breakfast had a good selection. The staff are so friendly especially the porters. The helped with the luggage even though it was so heavy and gave suggestions... Will definitely choose this again.

Unbeatable location with good facilities and clean room”
The room was a little smaller than expected but would still choose this hotel in a heartbeat. The location is unbearable as it’s directly across central station, making airport trips super convenient and general transport around Milan quick and easy. The rooms were clean and the gym is well sized and good equipped, although they could add a few more gym mats and lower weights. The staff let us check in early after knowing we came from a long 12h flight which was super nice.

Amazing location and value, be aware of train noise”
Perfect location just a few steps from Milan Central station -- made it extremely easy for travelers using train as their main transportation. Note, that comes with a downside: I was on the 2nd floor, and there was a train/tram line regularly passing right next to the hotel which made considerable noise and even shook the room a bit. Fortunately I was able to sleep through it but wanted to make travelers aware.

Friendly, nice location and very clean!”
We stayed in the NYX Hotel Milan for 2 nights. The location is next to central station. With public transport you can be at Duomo in 10 minutes. The hotel was very clean, extra compliment for cleaning crew. Staff was very friendly, also the guys at the door were helpful and friendly! Keep up the good work, you are the first and last contact for guests. I would stay here again!

Big rooms with nice bed, clean shower area. Very near the Milano Central Station and Metro. 2min walk to Kai food store, all you needs you can find in there. Runs by a Chinese owner. Breakfast is great worth it.

Milano for a night”
Milano was our day trip coming into italy from swiss and spent the night in nyx. Location was superb right next to the station. And few train stops from duomo and galleria. Staff was friendly overall awesome value for money.
