This is my honest review For positive: The location in not really far from the main town atleast 7 mins drive. Not really walkable. Stunning view! The room is very clean and well maintained. Some staff were helpful. Negative I have book thru agoda, i checked hundred times if the room comes with a kitchenette, and it says it does all room have kitchenette and the room i booked have one as well. It turns out it is not true. The room that was given to us is very small for the price! They upgrade us for 2 nights to a room w kitchen (my husband have severe allergies so we prefer to cook) but after that i have to come up myself at 9:30 am to the reception to ask whats gonna happen for the rest of the night only got told we need to pay extra $150 per night or leave the hotel since its not their fault. They left everything in last minute not even considering us. I explained since from the start why do we need kitchen. Beautiful hotel shit policy for their own mistake

Amazing stay. A little scary driving in as from the from the outside facing the road it’s a building site but once in an oasis awaits. We stayed in ground floor apartment 107 which is a huge 2 bed and recently refurbished , new with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Exceptional breathtaking sunrise views and garden lake access. Stayed with my wife , 7month yr old baby and elderly mother. Reception checkin was super quick, professional and they reserved a car parking space for us during our 4 night stay which made it very easy for us getting out and about adventuring. Would not hesitate in staying here again. I’d say a hire car is a must if you want to make the most of Queenstown and easy access into town. Room also cleaned everyday which was amazing and rare nowadays. Very impressed and I stay in a lot of hotels. Far exceeded expectations!

1.酒店没有足够停车位，定的人多了，他就没有地方给你停车，他会让你停到对面的山坡上，你要走很久也不方便放行李，对于这样这么贵的酒店来说，这一点就非常差，而且我看只有中国人会被安排到那个山坡上 2.不卫生，我的床单上有密密麻麻黑色绒絮物体，不知道是什么东西粘上的，我问前台，他们连句对不起都没有说就跟我说，声称是清洁过的，让我心理上不舒服 3.酒店非常不隔音，我和朋友稍微大声一点，说话就有外国人过来捶门，很恐怖，让我觉得仿佛是在一个三星烂民宿。 4.酒店位置离市中心有一段距离，打uber的话，基本上要40左右人民币，酒店说有到市中心的shuttle bus，但实际是你预约不上准点的，我5:00左右约，已经要到7:00才可以走了，如果你要去开车到市中心，你的车又停在了酒店以外的山坡上，那就很不安全，因为你还要再通过一个高速的路晚上。 5.中国人是他们很重要的一大部分客户，酒店厨房会有一些餐具，其中没有筷子，我觉得他们没有说很用心的服务，这点我可能有点吹毛求疵 6.酒店停车场很不好停，技术不好的，非常容易发生刮蹭，因为空间很狭窄加上超过45度斜坡，同时你出门也需要通过这个斜坡爬到地面层很累 7.酒店过道非常窄，没有办法并排两个人很压抑 1. Location is a little out of town but just a 35min walk which is a beautiful stroll into town by the lake. But there is also a shuttle bus which we used a bit and was super handy and easy to book. The only negative is the cooking utensils, there isn’t too much variety to be able to cook meals, it’s very basic. They are still doing renovations at the back part of the building however we couldn’t hear it and it didn’t interfere with our stay whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Lake View”
Fantastic view of the lake (can even see the shotover jet skimming over the lake!), modern furniture and fixtures, TVs in each of the 3 rooms and the living room, clean except the balcony (there were cigarette stubs on the floor and bird shit on the balcony furniture). The kitchen is well provided with cutlery, pots, cups, wine glasses and kitchen appliances. TV programme list is very comprehensive and diverse. The heating for the beds are not working well in 2 rooms while the 3rd bedroom we could not even find the wire to plug in and switch it on. In terms of staff we requested at least 4 times over 3 days to get someone to fix the TV in the same bedroom with no heating for the bed. Car park is limited due to some renovation going on in the compound. Despite the shortcomings this is very highly recommended!
