location is a bit far away from Patong tourist area, but it is good because the environment is quiet. You can rent motorbike easily and location is not a matter. They provide car park. The room is clean, the breakfast is fair with the price, the restaurant environment is nice and staff are friendly. I would recommend this hotel to people who wanna stay around Patong area. Just one thing bad but not about the hotel, is the airport transfer service provide by the Plum Siam Company in hotel lobby. I booked airport transfer service from hotel to airport, but the van was late for almost ONE HOUR. The staff said that there was traffic jam but I really had no more time to waste anymore. It was very unacceptable for airport transfer service to be LATE. I couldn't wait for the van I'd booked because I was in hurry to catch the flight. I don't know if the van I booked show up or not eventually. Just I don't recommend people to book service from this 'Plum Siam Company' in the hotel lobby.

Great budget hotel for seeing Patong”
We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2020, planning on having a cheap hotel to save some money before moving onto a different area. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel! It was very modern with a wide range of people (backpackers, couples, families). We arrived after midnight and the counter staff was excellent and informative. The room was simple but clean and enough room for all of our stuff. The bed was two twins pushed together which was awkward but otherwise it was comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special but had a decent variety and a fresh omelette bar. We were very impressed by the gym, but never made it to the pool. The location is good if you're able to walk a fair distance. It took about 5 minutes to start to get to the touristy areas, and probably 15 to patong beach. It was much cheaper than staying right near the beach but still reasonably close to everything. It is on a quite busy street though so crossing a few of them was a bit iffy at times but otherwise we felt very safe. I would suggest this hotel if a friend were looking to visit patong beach

The hotel is very nice, room is comfortable and very clean. They wifi signal was very strong. The location is not the best for going yo the beach but it's pretty much near everything. To the beach it's a 15-20 min walk. Overall, great place to stay!

The room given is just nice and big for us as group of 3 people. We have two rooms which connected and have 1 king bed and two single beds. The facilities all are perfect. Location is abit far from Patong beach. It takes about 20 mins of walking time to Patong beach, by the way Patong beach is huge. Nearby hotel have 7-11 which always can have your breakfast there.

Room is small, but is good for couple. Room is clean and staffs are all so helpful. Things to improve, breakfast varieties, everyday the same food and beverage which lead to boring food and coffee machine is time to change new one which works well, everyday coffee machine takes longer time to brew, and use a better quality coffee bean. Location is easy access, able to rent bike and 7 eleven is walking distance. Patong Beach which takes us 15 minutes by walking, wifi speed so so, AC is super cold (love it).

Nice hotel in a quiet location however they have shuttle service bus to nearby shopping centre jungceylon and patong beach at 1130am，130pm and 3pm.the breakfast choice is limited but yummy especially the pork porridge.Also,their staffs especially the GM GS(Gautesh).He is very friendly and he makes sure that the guests have a comfortable stay there.we ll be back again if ever we have a chance to go Phuket again.

The location is not great, it;s a couple of blocks back from the beach area that is most desirable, and you'll struggle to find a coffee shop within a few blocks, but this is a truly impressive use of real-estate, with a fine roof space, with pool and bar, and one of the better gyms you'll find in such a boutique operation. The pool beds are a bad choice, the old one's mostly broken, and the new ones with fixed upright back support, so you can't lay on your front. These need replacing. The staff get a little stressed at check-in/check-out, they need to get used to the process.

The oakwood is a really nice hotel with good helpful staff, amazing rooftop pool, comfy rooms, good gym and a decent working space (floor plugs by each table) its around 15min walk to patong beach. I stayed for 10days and I think it was just unlucky. there was a blackout(but was fixed quite quickly) the internet was off from 7pm until i woke up, a flood coming out of one room(not sure if someone left a tap on) again i think it was just one off things but would really recommend
