We really had a great time at Oakwood Two bedroom apartments on 7-8 May 2022. We booked 3 units for 12 persons to have Eid family gathering at 1709, 1809 and 1909. We were not in the same floor but we can easily visit each other because the staffs gave us additional keys for other units. Everything is satisfying. We got Slice Welcome cake in each unit, we're impressed with the cleanliness and the high class equipments. All the staffs gave their best services, especially Mr. Purwadi who served me Nasi Biryani my fave menu when I could not find it on my breakfast because the menu is always be rotated. Miss Fia who welcome to help me taking our family pictures on breakfast time . Miss Pita with her smile helping me checking out and take our nice pics also. The location is pretty good, it is close to GalaxyMall. Superindo swalayan is in front of the hotel. Hope they'll provide Playground soon. Thank you, Oakwood.. We'll be back 🥰

Booked this property for my sister, pre arrival I requested to have birthday card on room since my sister's son is on birthday when they check in. End up with having a surprise from Oakwood team that they upgrade the room and place the cute cake on room. the room is very big, nice view, and very clean. Pros: Reasonable price, good view and good location, easy to access from the toll road, close to shopping mall, complete facilities inside the room Cons: The oven in my apartment is already come out of it place, the faucet in the kitchen is leaking - please maintain the apartment better to keep it in tip top condition Breakfast service is good especially because you willing to pack the food for take away, this is really helpful for those who want to continue the journey. However the quality and variety of the food can be improved Internet speed is really disappointing

Best Stay in Surabaya ⭐️”
Hotel is really nice, we stayed at the 2 bedrooms with kitchen and laundry machine. We had the best view, rooms were clean and the best thing is that it’s a walking distance from supermarket, big mall and very near from all the good reataurants. The cafe at ground floor serves good coffee and food. Definitely will stay here again !

Superb Hotel with a little improvement is needed”
It was an enjoyable stay for 2 nights at the hotel. the room was spacious, lots of shelves and very clean. The amenities were excellent, however it would be so much helpful if a simple instruction on how to use the Unakafe coffee machine was made available. For the comfort of the bed and pillow, I would rate 7 out of 10 for the bed and only 4 for the pillow. The breakfast overall tasted good but for a five star hotel, the variant of food should be more. Coffee tasted great. Staff at the check in counter, restaurant, lobby (including driver for shuttle service) and room service were friendly and very attentive to customer needs. Location wise, it was very close to Galaxy Mall and the city centre.

The room was clean, nice location, has washer and dryer, stove, plates, glasses, refrigerator which is very convenient. The only things missing are forks, spoons, pots and pans. Maybe you need to ask. Overall, it was a great experience.

While i bemoaned the weird check in procedure of dropping your baggage on ground floor then going up to the lobby for check-in, I got used to the quirk pretty quick. I don't like that there's no parking spot directly from the elevator, you had to go down one level to find empty spot. I do like you can go straight to ground floor and out walking without passing the lobby. The room is decent. Spacious closet, good bathroom, and modern amenities for modern travelevers. Plenty of spaces to store my overwhelmed family baggages. The staff was also friendly, and helped me navigate through their hotel quirkiness. The breakfast however is... *chef kiss* plenty of selection, from traditional western asian fusion breakfast to javanese local food. Then the view, the view is the cherry on top. With top to bottom glasses, the dining area was bright and exhilarating. My only regret was not having quite the time to try out the restaurant outside the breakfast buffet. The staff was also very helpful and assisted me throughout my breakfast. All in all, it's a pretty good experience. Thank you Oakwood hotel and the staff :)

located right in the intersection of Ir soekarno and famous kertajaya street (a place of palaces), galaxy mall 1-3 walking distance, famous restaurants Holywing, rm sederhana, ayam primarasa among many. check in breezy, parking plenty, we had two BR apartment, super cozy and complete amenities. breakfast was above average. staff super helpful and friendly, can tell they were smiling behind the enforced mask rules inside common areas in the apartment

We took a 2-bedroom apartment, and it’s just simply wonderful! Good range of complimentary coffee, tea, and an instant coffee machine. Well equipped simple kitchen for simple cooking. Cutleries and crockeries! The beds were comfortable and feels fresh! Good selection of TV channels, ranging to some local channel and mostly international channels. Main TV is equip with a decent high end soundbar (that can be connected to your Bluetooth for streaming your own music). The staffs were friendly and helpful! Next door there’s a decent cafe/restaurant place called Kultur Haus, lovely environment! Overall really good place!

Lowest room tapi luas banget, di kamar ada d sediakan sofa utk 1 org.. Amenities d kamar super lengkap, sarapan nya the best sih.. Di dpan hotel (seberang) nya ada big supermarket.. spacious. equipped with some of the in-house facilities that are so useful but were not mentioned on the website. its just that on that nite we arrived the hotel had a grand opening, the swimming pool was closed (from far it does look like the pool is smaller than hotel size). However, there are no gym and sauna facilities though as mentioned on the website.

One Bedroom Executive. Big room, clean bedroom, good bath room with Bathtub, kitchen, and facilities. Breakfast good enough, many variants but still need more thematic foods, compare to other place. One thing i feel not interest is the pool, its indoor pool, darky place, and the theme is dj music with LED background just like pub area. Which is our expectation is a bright, outdoor or a rooftop pool and natural ambience..
