Great find after two hours of searching”
Spent a lot of time looking for a hotel. At the beginning, I went to the Outarm Park MRT station and turned around three times to find the hotel with the same name, but it had nothing to do with it. Actually the nearest station is: EW15 Tanjong Pagar station. But still looking for a long time, the address is downtown1 and the entrance is between 1~2. The actual check-in is on the 7th floor (the 1st floor is a shopping mall), please note that the side panel or sign on the first floor has the word daO. The deposit is SGD 300 (1 night). There is (unexpectedly) everything in it, electric cooker, rice ladle, microwave, chopping board, tableware and kitchen waste bin. Suitable for long stay on business trip. The cubicle in the toilet and bathroom can be switched between matte and transparent.

The main reason I chose this property is the close approximate to the Marina Bay Sand mall. This hotel provides a free shuttle (booking required) twice a day to the MBS mall (6 minute drive). It provides a shuttle to a few other malls as well. Location-wise is a 4-minute walk to a hawker center Lou Pa Sat, and only a 2-minute walk to nearest 7-11 shop. A 7-minute walk to MRT station Shenton Way. An 8-minute walk to the MRT station Tanjong Pagar. The hotel does not have a taxi stand, thus waiting for a taxi may take a while, but one can easily use the application Grab to order one. This serviced-apartment style hotel is sharing the same property with offices and shops. The lobby of the hotel is on the 7th floor. The staff from Security to Reception to Shuttle Driver all very helpful and professional. My room and bed and bathroom are clean and well stocked with necessary amenities, thumbs up to the Housekeeping. Loved the quietness of the room and the sun-blocked rolled shade, which helped to give a restful sleep. The mattress is not too soft, thus very comfortable. Loved the fresh soft scent of the soap/shampoo in large pump bottles. The only issue I have is the lack of lighting in the bedroom and bathroom, too dim for my liking. Complimentary wifi is fast and reliable. The kitchen is a proper working kitchen that has a large fridge and a built-in laundry machine as well. Loved the long open-air swimming pool, which is closed at 10PM. The gym opens 24/7 though. Overall, it has been a very pleasant stay and this is a property that I have no problem to return to.

Rooms were great with excellent staff where our requests were completed promptly and with care !! Walkable to chinatown, marina sands bay etc.. and also MRT connectivity close by. Beds were comfortable and amenities were great. We could not use the pool with a toddler but looked great ! We booked this staycation to enjoy with our pups during the recent national day weekend. It was overall a comfortable and relaxing stay except for the following: 1. Dao provides basic pet amenities such as water/ food bowl, wet wipes, bed and odour/ stain spray which is great but they gave us cat wipes despite stating we were bringing our dogs. We were later told that they had run out of dog wipes. This was rather unfortunate as I had made this booking months ahead and the management should have paid more attention to the request. Fyi bringing your pets for the stay incurs additional costs at least $100++. 2. Cleanliness needs to improve. There was used tissues and food scraps under the tv console and sofa. 3. Room amenities: oven tripped the unit hence was unable to use. Nespresso machine did not work but managed to get coffee from level 7 4. Breakfast service: the breakfast space is small and was overcrowded between 930-1030. Furthermore, there was limited staff on duty. This could be due to the holidays. I would suggest the hotel requesting guests to book their slots to prevent unnecessary unhappiness.
