Good stay with good value”
Nice stay at this hotel. Location is good, short walking distance to Mall Pekanbaru. When walking back from Mall Pekanbaru to Oase Hotel at night, there are various street vendors along the way selling foodstuff you can pick up. Room was clean, quiet, and I especially liked the bed - firm mattress and firm pillows. Shower was hot, aircon was cold, only Indonesian channels on TV but doesn't matter to me since I'm Malaysian (Malay and Indonesian are somewhat similar). Occasional English movie on TV.

Enjoyable and Fascinating in pekanbaru”
The stay in Pekanbaru was ultimately very enjoyable . Its a new experience as it was my first time in Indonesia . The room was so clean and well deserved with the price that recommended . I can't believed i was stayed at only 1 star hotel which actually give a very good services.

Great location but small rooms”
i stayed only for 4 hours in standard room, since i had to catch up my airplane at pekanbaru airport. overall this is a good hotel but very small room, soap was not available in the bathroom, wi-fi signal was good only for lobby area, this hotel provided transportation from hotel to pekanbaru airport v.v for free for anytime you want.

It was a nice stay at Oase. It's at the centre of the city and kind of easy to get to everywhere. The staffs were really friendly and even took good care of our stuff when we were out for shopping eventhough we were already checked out. Definitely one

Easy Access to shopping outlets”
A good stay I might say. Near 3 shopping malls - Sukaramai, Senepelen & Mal Pekanbaru. Short taxi ride to Ciputra Seraya & Pasar Bawah. Lots of eating places, from the sidewalk 'warung' to Padang restaurant. Definitlely lots of 'kedai kain-baju' and handphone dealers. Pekanbaru has lots of karaoke centres as well, but I cannot say much since I did not patronize any of them. Like KL, Pekanbaru is rather hot as well, cannot stand the weather nowadays.

Superb and good services”
- walking distance to food stall.. a lot of food stalls along the main street.. just 3 min walked from hotel.. - ramayana market just in front hotel.. 5 min walked n crossed the bridge - free airport transfer - served our breakfast at early in the morning 530am before our trip to Siak Cons: we are unable get wifi in our room 307 .. maybe the hotel management need to improve it.. Overall stay.. very recommended stay..you won’t regret it..

The hotel provides a car transportation to the airport for guests. One bottle of water was complimentary. My room did not have a window. A good staff service. I haven't tried a meal. So meal rating is 3.

NOT FRIENDLY STAFF, DIRTY ROOM AND SLIPPERY. FACILITIES unsatisfactory. HOTEL OFFERS BREAKFAST BUT ONLY DEAL ONLY. AT 7 AM STILL NO BREAKFAST IN THE SET UP AND SAY 9 AM breakfast was over. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VISITORS WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

Not good location”
It was hard to find this hotel, hiding from main road. The wifi coverage is very bad. Can't access from my room at 3rd floor. The taste of foods provided during breakfast was bad too.. can't eat & no choice.. Sending to airport should pay more than outside transportation. They should improve many thing in future

The bathroom wasn't exactly clean and the breakfast left a lot to be desired, but all we wanted was somewhere to stay on the way from Dumai to Padang and it was quite central, so handy and easy to find. The staff were helpful when finding me an adaptor for my computer while we were waiting for our bus and rang another bus company when it looked like ours wasn't going to turn up, which was then cancelled when it did.
