Decent but not better
good location, good room size, affordable
The location of the hotel was good and the price was fair. But the breakfast and service were average at best. My room also smelt badly of cigarette smoke. I'd stay elsewhere next time.

oasis is a cigarette smoking hotel, and no parking
1) i made booking. i filled in a special request form. the attendants at the hotel said they never received any special request, which means this is a way to refuse my request. 2) i phoned the hotel 3 days before my arrival because i wanted to clarify something. hotel staff refused to do that. in fact, at one time i was put on hold, and he never came back. another time, one person answered the phone who could not understand english. he hardly speaks english. yes, no, etc. that's all. 3) parking is horrible. no parking really. two attendants assigned but they are not available 98% of the time. 4) what is left over from dinner time is offered at the breakfast time. the culture of the people who are employed must be changed. 5) i was charged extra 15 kuwaity dinnar. i strongly recommend to replace all staff and the tipu sultan restaurant absolutely nothing. everywhere in the hotel, people smoke cigarette. each floor has a mini lobby where people smoke & smoke enters through beneath the door of each room.
