Very Comfortable Hotel !!”
This place was an unexpected surprise. It is off the beaten path a bit, but worth the booking and stay. The room was large, and the in-hotel restaurant excellent. The bed was super comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the room clean. The restaurant was like a 4-star eatery. Cloth tablecloth, cloth napkins, and superb staff give you an above-average dining experience. We were returning in 10 days after visiting Sorsogon and the hotel graciously let us leave 4 unneeded suitcases with them pending our return. VERY gracious !!

Only negative was the shower water pressure -- but maybe this was due to too many people taking showers at the same time (and the fact we were on the 3rd floor).

We got the room with great discount. The location is great too, during our stay we visited Intramuros and had a little jog early in the morning. We also visited some of Manila's tourist attraction like National Museum and Rizal Park. The room is spacious and clean. The only complain that I have is that their cable channels are not woking, no complimentary slippers, there is also a mosquito in the room and also the person in the front desk (morning shift) is not that approachable.

We stayed here for us to sleep after a christmas party and we regret that we did not check in early for us to appreciate the beautiful hotel more we didnt experience the beautiful swimming pool it has a unique vibe that will let you fill that your not inside manila the ambiance and the vibes of the hotel will make feel more comfortable and i appreciate sandy the front desk associate for assiting us for a quick check in process we will definitely go back if we are gling to manila the best

After our trip to Sorsogon, we stayed here another night before heading out to our next destination the next day. This time we were on the 2nd floor and experienced no issues with the shower water pressure as described in a prior review. Breakfast was napakasarap (very delicious) !! There is an SM mall not far from the hotel, only a tricycle ride away (50 pesos). Next time we are in Manila, we will stay here again !!

Unexpected friendliness ”
My husband and I travelled with 2 teenagers and my sister and my mom. And they have a choice of triple bed in 1 room. The staffs are beyond their job desc to ensure our stays are convenience and wonderful. First day we have a red eye flights so we come to the hotels very early like 9am. We knew the rules for the check in is 2pm. But the receptionist named Abby, she ensured that we can wait in a lobby and she sped up the check in so we dont have to wait until 2pm. We're very grateful for that. The rooms are spacious and valued for money. Since it is a 3 star hotels, pls dont expect 5 stars facility. This hotel has a small pool ... just for playing in the water ... not like olympic size pool. The rooms are clean and the AC is good. They have a wifi inside the room. The location of the hotel is quite good too. It was within walking distance to Robinson Mall and Rizal Park. It was like 10 mins drive to Intramuros as well. Overall we are happy with our choice of hotel in Manila.

this is a place to stay in Manila if you are on a budget. no issue as to safety and cleanliness. staff are friendly and kind. parking is a bit of a problem but can be resolved easily with the help of the door man. value for money. the restaurant is a welcome feature of the hotel.
