                    Room was spacious, warm( visited in Feb), clean and very comfortable bed. Staff were efficient, location good, bus stop to port within 2minute walk.

                    Typical modern hotel, so pretty much as you would expect.. Clean and tidy. on the main road into old Cadiz, so easy to catch buses back and forward. Also can walk along the front. Initially parked in the hotel car park at significant cost and nervy ride into and out of the car lift. Very tight carpark. Then parked for free on street just across the road - much better option. Would have been good if reception had said this was possible when we arrived.

                    If you are a solo traveler, I do not recommend this place. The service was not friendly. At all the other hotels I have been to in Spain, the staff at reception acknowledged you when you entered/left and were helpful about connecting you with top things to do and places to see. At this hotel, they were too busy talking amongst themselves and were not helpful at all. This was my first time in Cadiz and I asked about sites/attractions and general things to do. I got a map (that was in another language), the concierge showed me where the hotel was on the map and pointed out where the city was. This was a horrible experience for me and I left with the impression that Cadiz had nothing. I will not be returning to this hotel or Cadiz.

                    Dear Sadira, we are really sorry that you did feel like that at your arrival. We always try that our guest feel very welcome and well informed about everything.                     The Bed is excellent, hot shower is never a miss, comfort level is high. The restaurant needs some focus. The hotel is not really close to train stations But you can reach in around 10min by bus #1. Overall stay is satisfactory.

                    The hotel ticked all the boxes and we had absolutely no complaints. For a hotel of this quality it offered excellent value for money. The three course evening meal was served a a good time for a non-Spanish customer. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Minor downside.....no English speaking TV channel available. Wi-Fi was fine. Wehad a hire car and basement garage was convenient and good value.

                    Easy access to city, very helpful friendly staff, cleanliness.
                    We were in Cadiz during a terrible storm so we made good use of the very frequent number 1 bus into the city centre. In better weather, you could walk into the city along the beachfront. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable with a good breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We also needed to park our car and there was safe, underground parking at the hotel.

                    A very convenient hotel for town and beach.”
                    Location,room -we were allocated a Junior suite at no extra cost on our original booking.Lots of room and a really big bathroom.
                    The hotel is easy to find as it is centrally situated on the Avenue de Andalucia.This Avenue runs parallel to the beach which is easily accessible. I had to queue at reception to check in as there was only one receptionist on duty who was doing all sorts of other tasks including answering the telephone.Very pleasant and helpful but more staff needed in this key area. The bar and restaurant was also understaffed as the barman served drinks and dinner as well.It was obvious that he had too much to do.Again more staff needed. Lounge area was also the foyer so no other public rooms where you could relax. Car parking underground at 20€ per night.We had to use this as we had a a GB car full of luggage which we did not want to leave on the street.Car parking is valeted so that explains the cost.Difficult to access without the valet's help.

                    Pese esta alejado del centro historico, es un hotel cómodo, el personal fue muy amable.la habitacion "superior" era muy correcta y estaba muy limpia, sin embargo los colchones no eran muy cómodos (suponemos que necesitan un cambio). Comimos en el restaurante el primer día, la comida era correcta, sin más, aun que menú tenía un precio interesante, y el personal fue muy amable.

                    所在位置非常不錯，離公車站近，若要搭車到主教堂，一趟到底1.1歐/人（2015/02的價格），如果多人則會建議購買公車票，不限人數使用，差了近半價！離家樂福約兩個公車站點，離SuperSol一個站點，附近吃的、銀行也多，十分方便。
                    會下標題「空調差」是因為這次入住的時候，外頭是低溫、濕冷，而裡面的空調則非常乾燥，入住當晚就乾到流鼻血，必須想辦法讓室內濕氣再重一些，這挺麻煩的，另外，旅館WIFI十分不穩定，扣除這兩點之外，乾淨、舒適度及便利性都是不錯的選擇。
