Fantastic!”
First, congratulations for the architect and the designer - it was sheer pleasure to be in the hotel and admire the surroundings and all the tiny details which make the place so special. If you want to have a feast for eyes, come to this place! As for the staff - everyone is polite and friendly. Big thanks especially for the manager, Trung, who was kind to us and every day offered a kind word, a smile and his support. Thank you! :) Also, the receptionist Thao, helped us which we appreciated. I need to mention the swimming pool -normally, I don't care about swimming pools but the one in the hotel is spectacular, it looks truly mesmerising. Also, we appreciated sunbeds on the beach, we read that they were unavailable before our arrival but now we confirm that they are available. There was a beach service which was very helpful. The food is more expensive than in other places. The bungalows are fantastic, you can feel contact with nature but comfort at the same time :) Generally the place is gorgeous and clean, it offers multiple places to eat or drink something. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Best Resort on Phu Quoc”
We spent six of the most comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable days in Vietnam in the Ocean Bay Resort. Apparently only recently opened, this resort has it all: a clean and stylish facility, super-friendly and always-helpful staff, tasty breakfast, a beautiful pool and a clean and quiet beach. The only improvement that we would recommend is regarding the restaurant and its menu. There were very little options for vegetarians. But the hotel manager was very eager to hear our suggestions and seemed very motivated to take surveys from customers and actively implement them. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful resort hotel, off the beaten track. Great to chill after the hustle and bustle of the cities. Loved our bungalow with a short stroll to the beach. Staff were kind and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and we really enjoyed our evening dinner on the pier. The spa was well worth a visit.

Absolutely loved this unique looking resort which was a bit secluded from others and right next to the beach! Loved the breakfast buffet - a wide range of choices, all the noodle dishes were yummy. The spa service was also excellent! Overall, would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a unique experience in a quiet and stylish resort ;)

the view, property, facility, beach access all of it is 10/10. I would advice the hotel to make extra efforts on breakfast buffet. Limited vegetarian options, food quality is not so good. Otherwise the stay was 10/10. Absolutely recommend.

Exceptional”
The most wonderful resort with its own private beach. The pool is to die for, cocktails are delicious, staff are extra friendly and very keen to make sure the stay is perfect. Mr Ocean was very helpful!! A short taxi ride from the city and the resort is happy to help arrange airport transfer and tours. We’d recommend a small speed boat rather than the big boat for island hopping! Can’t wait to return

Two things that are the best about Ocean Bay: the absolutely breathtaking infinity pool and the 100% devoted Nhan (Guest relationship manager). Thanks to Nhan, we had a perfect 6-day stay with every single request large to small satisfied. No doubt Ocean Bay will become among the top paradise corners of Phu Quoc. Would absolutely recommend and cannot wait to be back next time!

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and I wish I had stayed longer. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing! There's a variety of food to choose from and it changed from day to day. The room was really spacious and I love the style and furnishings. The bathroom was just perfect, I really loved the bathtub. It was beachfront, so you could just lounge around all day. They even have the kayak free and available to all guests. It was a magical stay for me. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends.

Blissful tranquility ”
Ocean Bay was a perfect 5 night stay for us. From start to finish the staff were amazing and the room was kept spotless throughout. The best with the hotel was the kind staff and the beautiful pool, surroundings and beach. Also the breakfast was great. The pool and beach guys were super! The omelette guy very kind, the frontdesk staff and mr Ocean was very helpful and nice and the guards by the gate at night always greeted us with a big smile upon arriving to the hotel at night. Thank you Jenny and the kids!
