lovely hotel”
was late for check in but staff did her best to check me in. she was not angry at all when she came to the door to check me in. if this happen to other hotels, i doubt i am able to check in at all. our room contains 2 bed rooms with a small kitchen and living room. room looks new to me and clean. hotel comes with free parking as well. will go back to this hotel again the next time i am in bunbury.

We enjoy staying at Ocean drive motel due to the location and good rates. It’s got everything you need and good for short stay. Wifi is pretty poor, and more focus on hygiene would uplift this motel to a higher standard. We had a great time and will return 😊

Basic but comfortable with friendly owners”
Very friendly owner(gentleman). Comfortable bed. Clean, basic room, with fridge, table, flat screen TV (with some Foxtel channels), free wi-fi. Hot water for shower. Quiet surrounds. I was in Bunbury on business and would have no hesitation in staying there again as well priced and nice location across from beach. Close to Highway Hotel, which has good food. Motel offered continental breakkie but didn't take up the offer.

Good for families”
We enjoyed the stay very much, parking is just outside the house. The room looks straight to the ocean, and there were 3 single beds and a double bed, very comfortable for 3 adults and 2 kids. There was a table in the room with chairs and is big enough for all of us to sit down together to eat a meal. Highy recommended for families.

An old Motel, clean, comfortable and in a great location. ”
Location made it easy to navigate around the region from. It's a budget Motel which was clean and tidy, the room was freshly painted, with a comfortable bed. I would stay there again.

Read some reviews on here slating the decor, yes it's a little old fashioned but overall it's a cheerful place that's clean and well stocked. Fresh bedding, towels provided, tea and coffee equipment and a fridge, with a kitchen available for use. Right on the seafront, perfect location for watching the sun set. Good showers and friendly staff. Only downside was that we had to abandon our second night and tried to tell the staff that upon check-in but were told they don't do 1 night stays, so we had to pay for a night we didn't need. Having said that when we checked out early we were offered a discount next time we visit as a consolation, so overall very happy with the service!

Good Location Close to town and Beach”
stayed one night with friends in a 2 bedroom apartment. very pleasant friendly lady checked us in and made us feel most welcome. the 2 bedroom apartments are not located at the motel, they are about 1 km away and closer to town, a very short walk to cafes etc. also very close to the beach. units are a bit old and dated, but clean and functional. would definately stay again.

Arrived, quick checkin due to prepayment, the lady at the desk gave us they key and a carton of milk and directed us to the room and informed us of the checking out time. Big comfy bed, decent bathroom and shower and all very clean. Only stayed one night so not much else to be said really. Definitely would stay there again, as it was VERY reasonably priced... and in better weather the proximity to the beach would be a big bonus!

Wouldn't stay again”
Thought it would be nice to stay across the road from the beach but it was full of rocks. The motel: 1st floor, 3 nights. Bad door seal - wind whistled through a lot, couldnt open the shower door all the way - it hit the toilet (towel rack was high above the toilet too - practically useless), some random older guy had a key and just unlocked the door and walked in asking what room it was (number is on the door!?), no signal for wifi, foxtel was only 6 channels with varying degrees of distortion (pretty unwatchable, no decent or movie channels), back door was jiggly and hard to lock, bed was soft, fridge wasn't very cold. Bonus was a pub 60sec walk down the road. Had to go to the city centre for everything.

Good value with plenty of space ”
We stayed in a family room with two children and we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. The beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed. The bathroom was outdated but was definitely clean and usable. There was free wifi but only until 9 o'clock which was frustrating as this is when we wanted to use it after the kids has gone to bed.

Pro: the location is great, aircon is strong to keep the living room cold in summer, the kitchen is very nice. Con: there is no iron board in the house, so have to iron on the kitchen table. Eventhough there is fan provided in the room but there is only one socket in the room which is not enough to use for multiple purposes

Well.. it's a motel....”
Honestly, it was the worst accomodation we had in our Perth Trip. I keep reminding myself it's a motel room and shouldn't have much expectation. However, the sticky floor-mat and looking of the room still make me very uncomfortable. I feel inchy in the midnight while I must have put on long sleeves t-shirt and pants to sleep in order to keep myself away from skin allergy.
