Excellent Stay!! Highly Recommend!!”

This is a vintage historical hotel turned condominium and I loved my stay!! The owner was excellent in answering back to me and I throughly enjoyed my stay. It’s like renting a studio so bring your own toiletries but other than that? The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, dishes, a toaster as well as microwave and stove. There is a safe in the walk in closet, and another closet as well, two back pack beach chairs that make them easy to carry and a beach umbrella you can also tote around your shoulder. The temperature in the shower and water pressure was great! They have 5 beach towels and an equal amount of bathing towels as well for your stay. The room temperature was perfectly cool and pleasant. I did bring my own desktop fan just in case but I was surprised I didn’t need it. The two double beds were super comfortable with varying types of pillows and super soft, thick velour blankets to help you rest easily. There is also a rollaway bed for an extra guest in the walk in closet. The studio was quite spacious, clean and modern as the picture shows. There is a full side view of the ocean and the pool as well which is a lovely aesthetic. Extra bonus in renting this studio is that you only have one neighbor to your left since on the right side of this unit was the laundry room and after that was the trash room. So my stay was quiet and restful. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating and the valets were on point. The valet fee for guests was worth it for $26 per day and there is a visitors fee for valet so keep that in mind when inviting guests over. I have a walker but there was no handicapped ramp in the front of the hotel just stairs. So the valet brought my luggage up for me, loaded it onto the luggage dolly, and assisted me up the stairs. There isn’t a “Bell-Hop” on site, so one of the front desk clerks assistant me with the luggage dolly to my room and unloaded it for me. As I said, great and friendly service!!

Beautiful view!”

Steps away from the beach. Pool is fantastic, has plenty of space not to feel crowded. Has a deeper end and is kept VERY clean. Room was comfortable, had kitchen supplies for cooking.

El lugar muy agradable el edificio le falta mantenimiento de hecho había un ascensor dañado.”

La habitación muy completa, le hace falta renovar los sartenes y ollas de cocina pues están muy deteriorados. Tenía unas sillas de playa disponibles que también estaban bastante deterioradas. En el baño hace falta percheros para colgar o poner la ropa y las toallas.
