For "random assignment" or "assigned at check-in" bookings, specific room numbers and bed types are not guaranteed.
You may be assigned a room different from the images shown, and room views may vary.
Minors are not allowed to book. (No stay, no refund)

[GOGREEN Policy]
Ocean To You Resort participates in environmental efforts to minimize waste and plastic use.
We avoid disposable packaging and single-use items during operations; except for bottled water in the room, single-use items are not provided, and bathroom amenities are supplied in bulk dispensers.
For stays up to 2 nights, room cleaning will not be performed. For stays of 3 nights or more, one room cleaning will be provided upon request.

When purchasing a pet room, up to 2 small dogs (each up to 7 kg) are allowed per room.
(Basic allowance is 1 dog; an additional dog can be accommodated for KRW 30,000. More than 2 dogs are not allowed.)
Pet rooms only accept dogs; other types of pets are not permitted.
Dogs without basic vaccinations are not allowed to stay.
Upon check-in, guests must agree to and sign a pet-related pledge form at the front desk.
(Declaration such as: vaccinated within the last 3 months, will carry the dog while inside facilities, etc.)

While using the room, please observe the following rules:
In common areas (parking lot, elevator, lobby, etc.), dogs must be carried or transported in a cage.
Dogs found walking freely without a leash or allowed off-leash will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Even for a short outing, dogs must be accompanied; leaving a dog alone in the room may result in forced eviction (noise complaints).
Please wipe your dog’s paws when returning to the room after going out.
Please dispose of feces in the toilet and place pads in a sanitary bag before throwing them in the trash bin.
If bedding, amenities, or equipment in the room are damaged or soiled, repair or cleaning charges will apply.
Unauthorized or unapproved dog stays will result in immediate removal and penalties.
※ Restricted dog breeds: Pit Bull Terrier, English Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Great Dane, Malamute, Presa Canario, Doberman, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and breeds classified as dangerous dogs or mixes thereof.

[Minor Guest Policy]
Minors may stay only when accompanied by a guardian. At check-in, ID, guardian consent form, and proof of relationship may be requested; if verification is not possible, accommodation may be restricted.
(However, minors who will turn 19 within the year may stay without a guardian only if they submit a resort-designated consent form, family relation certificate, and a copy of the guardian’s ID.)

※ Even with submitted consent, minors staying without a guardian are prohibited from cohabitation with unrelated persons and alcohol consumption in the room; violations may result in eviction.

Standard setup includes bedding and tableware for 4 guests; for 6-person use, 2 extra ondol bedding sets and 2 extra tableware sets will be provided.
One free 2L bottled water, 2 face towels, and 1 bath towel will be additionally provided (please request at the front desk).
All rooms are 23 pyeong (approx. 76 m²); the 6-person room has the same size as the 4-person room.
