As the title says, I was very happy with my stay here. Located at the south end of Sairee Beach, the hotel's room was great, I ended up staying in the better room I had booked for the first two nights the entire week at no extra cost, which was nice, There's an excellent bar about 50 meters up the beach which I used all the time and the hotel had a small shop attached and the items there were competitively priced. Finally, the reception opens at 7:30, but I had to leave this morning to go dive at 7am and the owners kindly opened early to accommodate me. Very nice of them. I thought this hotel was amazingly priced for what you got and I would definitely recommend it

We had a great stay in Ocean View Resort. Great value for a reasonable price. Close to the beach and local supermarkets, we got all we needed. Helpful reception staff. Highly recommend for future guests!

Booked for 2 days, extended an extra 3 days”
Great location, friendly owners excellent cleanliness . Right on the beachfont with a swimmable beach at high tide.Only a short walk or scooter to the many dive shops and restaurants along the paved road. Although I am used to aircon a fan room was not an issue for me being out snorkelling and scooter exploring all day. I would definately recommend this resort and plan to stay again when I return to Koh Tao.

Clean place, comfortable bed, hot water, little fridge, little safe, less than 50m from the beach and for a very good price. One of the host was nice and friendly but the others were not at all, so don't expect a smile. They ask for a 500 THB deposit for the key.

Excellent Location, Excellent Value for Money”
We found an amazing last minute deal for a room with a fan for 7€ a night, and loved our stay. The best is the location. It’s walking distance to the port, the beaches, restaurants, everything, so you save 200 baht per person you would spend on a taxi, and you can reach i everything within a 10 minute walk.

Perfect location. A two second walk to the beach, close enough to all the bars but far enough to get a good night sleep. The room was clean and we ended up extending to an extra three nights.

Nice room and was clean. Location is good once you arrive but a hard walk with backpacks on up hill to get to it. Near a lovely beach with plenty of chilling on the day and relaxing on the night. Windows are mesh not glass so felt unsafe as well as very noisy could hear next door talking but luckily it was our friends so not a issue

Yes, the employees in here wasn't super friendly, it seems like its a family running business. And u don't get any service in here. But compare with a money, u get really nice,clean andplenty spacious room ! With a balcony!!! So if u have a rental motorbike , doesn't expect any service just being here is i think great deal! Its much much better than staying at Bangalore

I found this place a day before I arrive in Koh Tao and the price was amazing. The bedroom was good, including toilet and a fridge. There is not air conditioner and some nights was hard to sleep with a fan. However it’s just a few minutes from the pier, beach, pub Crawl and main restaurants. I’d recommend this place.

Pros: - big comfy bed - friendly cleaner - 5 cute cats (including 3 kittens!!) - stones throw from the beach (depending on how far you can throw a stone) Cons: - no internet in our room - receptionist didn’t seem bothered (we know it’s only internet, but still it said the room came with it and we needed to book things) - shower sprays everywhere but on you - toilet float didn’t work - so water keeps running
