With more than half of the original price for a deluxe double room, we had a really great experience in Long Hai. The food for dinner menu at the Maison Dining was incredible because of the food proportions and the quality, not to mention the breakfast buffet!

Just operated for 3 years, Oceanami has full facility for a trip: restaurant, cvs inside, jump galaxy (same model w Jump arena), spa. Beach is seasonally beautiful. Friendly staff

This is the second time I stay with Oceanamies. The cleanliness done very well by cleaner or gardener, but the guests are not good behaviors to save environment. So the environment not clean as my first time stay. Suggestion to force villa owners to use products with less environmental pollution ex: stem of cotton swabs must be wooden There should be the dustbin marked recycle, others for organic garbage. Villa owner must equip. At the check-in, clear guidelines to separate recycle garbage from organic garbage. Maybe, impacted by covid 19, the Gym room is so hot and not clean. Used plastic piles, used flag plastic poles threw under tree brushes - I feel sad about environment. So sad if the cleanliness standards are compromised

Eco friendly, nice decoration, the room is ok but i book for a garden view but there is only pile of dust. The pool is big, suitable for different level of swimmers. The beach is so-so.

Great stay, but a bit far from anything else. I'd go here with a large group or family that just want to hangout with each other. Not much reason to get off the resort, but there is a some local spots a short ride away. Beach was non swimmable at the time. Not sure if this was because of rocks or wind, but the lifeguard wouldn't allow us to enter. Breakfast buffet was real good.

Not a total pleasant stay”
We travelled in a group of 4 with 2 elders and 1 young kid. I guess the place was short on staffs due to Tet holidays. The first day, the house keeping knocked the door for room services at 8AM in the morning and we were all sleeping. So I told them it was ok. Second day, we started offering the room services since 9AM, with over 10 time calls to the reception and house keeping number, we finally got our room cleaning completed at 4PM. The Receptionist told us that because they needed to clean up the check-out room first, we _ as existing guest, had to wait. That doesn't make sense because we paid equal amount and we had to wait for so long for the room to be cleaned up?! We had to send our baby to Grandparent's room because we didn't know when they would clean up our room. And it ended up that our baby was awaken in the middle of her sleep because of the room services. There are rubbish bags along the road (in front of villas) from day to night. We hope the hotel only book

We book a 4 bedroom villa but there are a shared bathroom for 2 bedroom. In addition the room is quite small. Breakfast is ok. We have problem at night when a private owned villa in the resort turn on karaoke for until 10:30PM despite we complaining the front desk two time. This is not the first time we encounter noise problem with this resort. The last time they allowed group tour to do team building activities at the beach with loud noise that disturb our afternoon nap. In overall, this resort is an ok experience when the price is low
