Amazing Stay”
Loved our stay. The staff were amazing, they put in the effort to learn all the guests' names. The rooms were great and there are multiple pools to choose from. Breakfast was nice. There were a few things they were still getting up and running like the pool bar and bikes, but considering covid, they had done an amazing job to get everything up and running. Will definitely stay again.

LOVELY HOTEL TO STAY!”
really happy staying here, eventhough the location quite far from the harbour (many road still cover by sand so it’s hard to biking smoothly there hehe), but the hotel was sooooooo niceeeeeee, it was big with complete facility i.e., two beautiful pools, beach spot for sunrise and sunset, garden, free flow mineral water, and many more ! The staffs were so great, helpful, and kind. The room is nice and clean. The food is great with fair price. The vibe and ambience were so calming. Maybe you need some “autan/ repellent lotion” to protect you from mosquitos when you like to walk enjoying the area because the garden was beautiful :) So far really enjoy staying here. Long distance from harbour and it takes 15-20 min by horse ride to the resort.Though they have a private beach u can enjoy here.But i would suggest to take a ressort nearer to the herbour no matter what star it is.Coz u will enjoy the night life near the herbour.It is good for those people who wants to spend time in lonely place.Overall it was fine but not much exceptional.

Five star hotel with a poor class customer service and behaviour. I have never faced so much hassle!”
First I must tell how horribly I felt during my check out from the hotel. We have a baby with us and we had to come at the boat harbour at 10:30 so we went for our breakfast at 8:30. We ordered our breakfast and waited till 30 min and then we discovered the waiter didn’t even tell the kitchen about our order. Again reminded him. I never saw a careless waiter with so much attitude in any hotel! So our timing was delayed . After that we went to room and brought our luggages to reception with their trolly boy and suddenly they stopped us and said we have to wait until they check all the rooms. After a long awaited time!! They started saying they can’t find a small towel and two tea spoons. We told them we have three rooms We r a family so we must have swapped during our uses. So they found the towel later but not the spoon and they charged for it. A five star hotel who couldn’t let go two tea spoons !! Like two spoons were a huge deal for a five star hotel!! Stay away from waiter Sahri.

Value for money - star rating is deceiving ”
This is an excellent value for money hotel. But don’t fall for the 5 star rating. It’s a 3 star property. That said, staff is nice, rooms are bigger. They are a little stingy with breakfast. Portion was limited since it was alacarte . Also important to note that it’s slightly far from main harbour. Other properties along the line are more populated and fun

Room is good. But staff is not honest. I request the e bike, the staff help to call the supplier, but he speak in Malay to the supplier in front of me that he mark up to 250k, but the original price is 220k. This is not good.

I would say that the only good thing about the hotel was its staff, they wero so kind. The property does not look like the photos at all, the property seems abandoned and there was no access to the pools. the location is not convenient either.

Disappointing ”
Poor breakfast and refused refund for breakfast on complaint. Awful room service, food terrible, order wrong and had to pay in cash which left us without money the next morning. Room was nice, just very very disappointing food.

This hotel has alot of pitential, but we were disappointed with many things. Food at restaurant was cold, the water pressure in shower was very low, the wifi was not working in the room, and the staff was unhelpful.

Disastrous !!!”
The hotel literally was on fire and there was no evacuation facility. All our luggage was kept open on beach, we understand that tragedy can happen with anyone but there was no support from the hotel. They couldn’t compensate with a room in another hotel. They couldn’t arrange a transport so that we can find a stay. They didn’t even have a torch. Cant be more disappointing. Its very very far from the Harbour (centre of island) Never go to a hotel which do not have a saviour plan in case of any emergency.

Comfortable stay, it is great for you who want to spend days in gili trawangan,after enjoying crowded east part of trawangan, spending quiet relaxing days at north part is perfect. But if you want to light up your night, this hotel is quite far from trawangan's night life. This place Suitable also for family trip. Although its a bit pricey than hotels in senggigi area, oceano jambuluwuk is quite affordable in comparison to other decent hotels in this area

Amazing resort!”
Oceano Jambuluwuk is an incredible HUGE resort with 5 star facilities, several pools, waterfall, swim up bars, massive “lumbung” rooms and a fantastic restaurant. It’s situated literally on the beach north of the main strip of Gili T an easy 5 min bike ride away - quiet and relaxing, you can jump in the water on your front step with a snorkel on and see a stunning reef and sea turtles swimming by. We’ve been to this resort twice now, couldn’t recommend it more

First impression is very great, our room has been upgraded (thank you Oceano!). The room is very great, large and clean, with a large bathroom as well (unfortunately it's not an open-space bathroom). The pool is nice also, equipped with a bar. Hotel location is fair, it is quite far from the central attractions in Gili Trawangan, you need to riding a bike or take a Cidomo to reach the hotel. But it is suitable for people who likes quiet environments.

We had an amazing holiday when we stay at Oceano Jambuluwuk Resort. A peaceful place for relaxation. The best snorkeling place is just in front of our Resort. We sure will stay again in this Resort if we go Gili Trawangan in the future.

Fantastic Resort on the quieter side of the Island”
For those folks who may want to stay on a quieter part of the island, Oceano Jambuluwuk is a great option! The walk between town and the resort is only 30 minutes, but unless you want to drag luggage through some sandy areas a Cimodo Cart might be the way to go when you first arrive on Gili T. The staff were sweet and attentive, and they even let us check in a little early to our room. The room itself was large, well furnished, and equipped with a beast (meaning well working) air conditioner unit. The bed was comfy and had plenty of pillows, and the TV service was nice for the evenings we got stormed in. I LOVED the pool. I loved the beach. I even enjoyed the strange cement animals placed all throughout the property. Room service was nice -- however for those who do not speak Bahasa Indonesia it can take a little time to get your order understood on the phone. Only complaint was the power would occaisonally flicker out (due to the aforementioned storms!). All in all a very lovely resort with great rooms, service, and a quieter air around you.

Friendly staff were amazing”
The resort is located about 30mins walk from the main area of Gili T, however we didn't mind as it encouraged us to get in our daily exercise. You can snorkel right of the beach in front of the hotel which was also great. The only let down would be the swimming pool which was slimy, murky and had bits of trees floating all through it - the pool being the main feature of a resort, i was quite disappointed. however if this problem was seen to then I would consider staying again as the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Oceano for a family holiday with children - there are zoo animal statues located throughout the resort and there is a large children's depth pool.
