Great Spot Great staff the owners Will and Tara exceptional couple and their beautiful dog Kai ”
Oceanside Villas was simply perfect for what we needed , myself my wife and elderly mother felt right at home . The apartment was spot on clean had everything we needed it was nice and quiet, the owners Will and Tara where amazing people always happy to have a chat and nothing seemed to be a problem they where very knowledgeable about the town the off road tracks etc. My wife loves to fish even if she doesn't catch you simply had to walk to beach which was about 30 metres from front of units and you could catch plenty of whiting there where marine life swimming around also. Oceanside Villas got a 11 out of ten from us we already planning our next trip thanks Will and Tara see you when we back 👍👍👍

Very dirty floors we found so much hair, pistachio shells and onion skins when we arrived. The couch also has stuff between the cushions and smelt.

Hello Alison, thank you for your comments but sorry disagree with you as I cleaned that villa personally myself and take great pride in what we do. Every room is vacuumed and mopped, and there certainly was no nut shells etc on the floor and the couches are vacuumed with the new V10 dyson vacuums that are powerful. If you had issues why didn't you say something at the time, you were opposite the office and your husband happy to chat with us and your kids happy to play with our lab!!! Do hope in future you say at the time you have an issue regardless of where you are. Regards Tara Oceanside Village

Location was fantastic. walking distance to the town centre. We booked an Ocean View villa for 4 Adults. The view from the villa was beautiful, however the villa itself needs updating. One bedroom had a double bed while the other room only had a single bed, with a pull out bed underneath. Would have expected either 2 single beds or a bunk in the 2nd room. The villa itself did smell of mould and the lounge you just couldn't sit on at all as completely broken one seat. Very small TV with terrible reception, Although advertised with foxtel we only ever got 2 channels to actually work (villa 4). In saying all of this the location was great, and we loved Sharks Bay. A beautiful spot and well worth a visit. Don't bother with the Wood Fire Pizza restaurant which is advertised in the villa with a menu as both nights we were there it was closed even though the signage said OPEN 5pm till 8pm... later heard from locals it only opens when the owner feels like working.

Our unit was not clean. The floor was very dirty . The furniture was old and well passed its use by date ! The bed was similar - old and the base was springs and squeaked every time you moved . Very disappointed .

Hi Robert we are disappointed to read your comments, if you had addressed your issues at the time would them at the time. EVERY villa is cleaned on departure inc vacuumed and moped, the chips are not dirt. We are in the process of replacing flooring. Our mattress are 6 months young and 4* commercial hotel graded, the bed frame is wood. If it squeaked the bolts need a tighten which is an easy fix if you had communicated at the time. Hope you will consider staying another time to have a wonderful experience like 95% of our guests do. Regards OV team

Stayed for a couple days. We were the only people staying in the complex. We had a very poor condition room. Linen smelt old and the whole unit stunk. Staff gave us no acknowledgement that we were there. Glad to get out of there.

Thank you for your comments. There were other guests staying the same 2 days as yourselves, some guests do fly in and book tours and walk! You were not the only guests staying for the 2 days here either. When you returned the key we were helping a guest staying. If you were not happy with your room, would off been appropriate to communicate and we would off been happy to address any of your issues. We said hello to you both a few times and you looked away, obviously had your own issues dealing with. Enjoy rest of your travels. Regards OV team

I rented an apartment with 2 travelmates and we really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen and everything you need. Beds were super comfy. There is a BBQ area, swimmingpool and laundry. Great location to explore Denham, Monkey Mia amd Francois Peron Nationalpark. Very nice, helpful host!

3 Night stay”
The villages themselves are quite nice. Cooking can be a bit of a hassle but is still do-able. Had a few small pest issues but a cyclone had just gone through the area a few days before. All-in-all a nice place to stay in a nice township.

It met our needs perfectly. Self-contained unit with utensils for simple cooking, air conditioning, free wifi access and very clean. Also the staff were friendly and helpful.

Simple spacious units”
Highly recommended. Staff were super helpful and friendly! Units are simple but spacious and clean with AC for those +36C nights during summer. The ocean temp during FEB was around 28-29C.

Great location across from beach and close to town”
Our one bedroom unit was great, we could see the ocean from out front porch even though we were a couple rows back. Unit was clean and tidy. Staff allowed us to check in early which was great with a baby. Shops are very close and Main Street only a few minutes walk. There was some work being done during the day which got a bit noisy and destructive at times. It was ok but would have been nice to be forewarned about it.

Ok from the limited choices ”
Well located, satisfactorily appointed with soap, tea and coffee, milk etc. Good air-conditioning. Floor was dirty and tiles extremely chipped, the bathroom appeared to have never been swept. Renovations were being undertaken. New toilet had been installed so this helped.

We take great pride in our villas and if something wasn't right if you informed us at the time when here would of been more than happy to assist. Yes, the tiles are chipped which is guests dropping items continuously, the tiles are something we are looking to improve. We clean with a steam cleaner and mop so rest assure all the floors are cleaned on every departure. We are always working on improvements to the property. Regards OV team

Run by the owner themselves, nice people. However, due to that, we been told we must not left the place with too much for the owners to clean up afterwards, otherwise we'll get penalty for it ! Since we've been warned, me and my wife woke up early to do all the cleaning so next guest will be comfortable for their stay. Oh btw, imaging the check-out time is 9AM...
