Great”
Good location, very close from the mon bridge, 15min walking, many restaurants around. The owner is very friendly, he offered me a cup of coffee in the morning, and I think because there was a big group in the dormitory, a group of people travelling together, he upgraded me, and gave me a private room! While I had booked a bed in a dormitory.

Great potential for this hostel in a awesome part of Thailand. I loved Sangkhlaburi and surrounding area. The staff spoke little to no English and weren't helpful with directions or info. The hostel was very nice but I was the only guest for 3 days...

Fresh white sheets in a town with dust streets”
A two second walk from the bus stop and we were at Oh Dee, the dorm beds where a lot bigger than a normal single with big comfy mattresses, decent pillows and duvet. Your own bed side light, plug and locker with key provided (no need for your own lock). The main attractions in this tiny town are the market and the bridge both of which are a short walk away. The hostel provides a free simple toast breakfast and a decent drink in the mornings and free drinking water throughout the day. Bikes are available to rent, there is a pool table, cafe, hammocks, TV, guitar all to keep you amused if the weather turns or if you just want to chill. A well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and plenty of bathrooms. The staff are lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable, and constantly cleaning to make this place seriously spotless!! We felt like it really was a home away from home. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Sangkhla!!! And we would of course stay there again.

Awesome. Amazing. ”
I can't say enough about the Oh Dee Hostel. Location: 2 blocks from the bus station (head toward 7-11, take a left when the street ends. Walk until you see Oh Dee on your left). Most of the city attractions were walking distance. The 3 Pagodas and Natl Parks were an easy taxi or moped ride away. Market is across from bus station with fresh produce and such. Good restaurants are walking distance. Staff: The staff was superb. The owners were very supportive, gracious, and friendly. I felt like I was at home. If the staff was not conversing with hotel guests, they were cleaning. I've never seen a floor swept or mopped so often. The owners spoke fairly good English, and no doubt will only get better. Accomodations: Big comfy, western-style beds. Dorms as well. AC and TV in each room, as well as high speed internet. Shared bathrooms, but the bathrooms were clean and luxurious. The entire hotel is of a modern design. When not in your room, there is a full kitchen at your disposal, darts, pool table, smoothie and drink bar, hammocks, library, computers (pay),and tables and chairs to relax at. Pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. And if you need to wash your clothes, there is a washer and dryer on site (pay).

Beautifully designed hostel which gives a modern h”
This hostel was much better than I expected. The location is good. It is of walking distance to mini vans and bus stations, convenience shops and local market. The Mon bridge and Mon village can be reached by foot as well. The common areas such as the shared toilets and bathrooms, as well as rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, although little English is spoken. Although I was away from home, Oh Dee Hostel gave me a very cosy and homely feeling. On the whole, my 3-day stay at Oh Dee Hostel was wonderful and relaxing.

Very Clean and Comfortable”
The Oh Dee was one of the best equipped hostels I've stayed in in Thailand. My four bed dorm room had thick comforters and came with free towels. Each bunk had a reading light and electrical plug. The downstairs common/dining room was more like a cafe/living room. It also had a an espresso bar where I could get a cappuccino witih breakfast. For those who want to cook for themselves, there's a well equipped and roomy kitchen area. The Oh Dee may not have the lake views that the resorts have, but makes up for it with its amenities, including motorbike rentals which, for the same price, surpass those of the P Guesthouse, where I stayed for two nights.

Lovely but expensive!”
Had a great nights sleep and comfortable stay for one night here, but felt very out of place as a westerner and my limited Thai language was a problem staying here. This was my first time staying in a hostel for Thai people., and made me realise how much I have to learn to be proficient speaking Thai! The hostel is in a good central location for seeing the beautiful town of Sangkhla buri, and has comfortable beds, lots of communal space and hot showers. The cost of THB500 for one night was a bit of a blow however, and more than I would have liked to be spending, even in high season!

Five stars young hostel”
I loved this hostel. I highly recommend to my friends. It was good location near a bus station in town center. Oh Dee was clean, tidy and lots of space. A bed was comfortable, I slept well every nights ( total 2 nights ). A price wasn't cheap but reasonable. " You pay for what you get ". An atmosphere of Oh Dee or an atmosphere of Sangkhlaburi were nice and cozy. I loved there !

Designed Boutigue hostel ”
Big single bed with firm mattress n clean. Walking distance to Mon bridge, food market also good food stalls at night nearby. Ground floor is trading as coffee shop. It's an opened area with sofas, chairs, hammocks n lots of cute stuffs. Owner is a young Thai woman with energetic n passionate to charity works. Learned that price is cheaper if walk-in. Though price is bit high for hostel but is a nice encounter.
