Cheap and close to kokusai dori”
Best pack packing place that I found near Kokusai Dori. The staff was great and the place was livable. (I felt like few people were living there permanently lol). But, I used to use this place only to sleep, and it worked for me. Nearby back packing places are not good. Avoid it.

Very cheap hostel in the center of naha, few min from main street. Value for the price is ok but the cleanliness is much beyond expectation even for such a cheap price. The staff is almost never there so they didn't show me the facilities (washing machine, smoking room etc). No locker at all, worst mattress ever. Suggested only in case of high need of a cheap place to stay.

You get what you pay for”
It's the third hostel I stayed in Naha, and probably the best one of them. However there's nothing special about it, it's very basic. The location is good, next to Kokusai Dori, but the staff is almost non-existent.

Great Staff, but Rooms could use a Spring Cleaning”
Stay at Little Asia was okay. While the staff were quite friendly and helpful, the facilities were really old and run down. Old, creepy long time stayers made this place seem more like a lodging house than a backpackers. Not the most social place I've visited either.

Really hospitable staff!”
Good price! I couldn't get there easily… In conclusion, I had a great time!

Loud hostel”
Other guests and even staff-members playing music and screaming until late night in the common room. You can hear everyrhing in the dormitory. Not that much changed after I told the staff-girl about it.

The Most Disgusting Hotel I Have Ever Visited”
I found myself willing to try the hotel after a short notice trip to Naha--I would not recommend it. At all. It was all pretty okay until I found myself in the men's bedroom of the guesthouse. It smelled strongly of urine and sweat. I couldn't believe this is where I would be spending the night. Also, for all of the people staying there, there was only one bathroom and one shower for each gender. No matter what kind of deal you may find at this hotel, I recommend you steer clear.

Average Guesthouse”
Not the best place I have stayed. ROoms were small, crowded, and dirty with guests staying for long periods of time. The bathrooms and showers weren't bad but the kitchen was pretty filthy as well. Just need to clean the palce up, put on a few new coats of paint, etc. and the place will look a lot nicer.

Bed bugs!!!! Grungy, didn't feel comfortable here ”
This place is super grungy and beds aren't comfortable/clean. I've never dealt with bed bugs before so I honestly didn't know what they look like. We came back to the room so late when we found a couple in my bed, I killed them and just tried to sleep it off. I compared my photos to bed bug photos online the next morning--- sure enough it was a perfect match. Try the guesthouse around the corner with the bookstore in front. Better vibes, more comfortable bed and you feel more at ease. Cheers

Security problem!”
We had total 5 women and booked 4 nights in their Female Dorm. In the second night, past midnight, when it's 4am there was an outside male stranger broke into our Dorm and touched two of us. It's about Security issue, theft suspects, and Sexual Harassment! What's more, after we called the police we found a male staff walking out of our Women's Dorm! The chief staff said this kind of case happened about a year ago so the hostel owner decided to arrange a male staff sleeping in the Women's Dorm to help in case it happens again... . WTF!!! First, we were not informed of this strange arrangement when we checked in; Second, this male staff didn't help at all and he reacted so late! I seriously urge this hostel should improve their security management, at least they should lock the reception door in the late night and give the key or password to the guests who have checked in.

In one floor, toilet and shower room (male) only one...u hv to wait and wait. Main problem is beds are not comfortable at all..the mattress are too thin, its like u sleep on hard wood...i even got backache during staying there..and for last night i even got bitten by bed bugs so my whole body was itchy... No locker also...and privacy is not too good...and its quite difficult to find the hostel bcoz the board is not placed in front but on side....

You are not in control.”
If you have problems with privacy and noise, this is not the place for you. You are also not in control of the things around you as everything follows a systematic approach like what time the light goes off, and how you can only use a single shower/restroom despite the limited time constraint especially when checking-out. Food and water is even worse! Everything is reserved for tbe staff only and nothing for guests.

Uncomfortable. Couldn't wait to leave. ”
First word that comes to mind is "crutty". Second is "dirty". Bad vibes. Hard beds, check in area is dirty. I didn't want to step foot into the kitchen, but it seemed well supplied. I slept in a non-mixed, dorm room, that felt like I had to walk through a garage to get there. Bikes, luggage, instruments, random house apparatus, then stuff and stuff. The bunks are creaky and stiff, and the camera staring at you as you walk in the room creeped me out. Super cheap on agoda but not worth it. I didn't sleep well. If you're coming in late and waking early, this may be the place for you. If you want to meet people and have a comfortable common space, find another guesthouse/hostel

Would not recommend”
Spend that 500 yen per night more and get some actual sleep. I'm used to sleeping on futons but this felt more like a blanket on a rock. The pillow was also small with stains on the cover. There was dust everywhere in the guesthouse and nothing looked clean. We also got no explanation about anything from the staff during check-in causing us to not be able to lock our door. We had to ask another guest where the toilet was. In the end we never did find out if there was wifi available. The smell of smoke prevailed even in a 'non-smoke room'. There was also no aircondition in the room so it was hot to say the least. To top that you could easily hear conversation from every room and the hallway until 3am. If you're looking for something cheap to but your baggage and don't care about sleep or rest then it is in a nice location.
