Thoughtful service all day long with ample breakfast buffet choices, free umbrella and portable wifi machine rental, over 20 free beer, wine and non-alcohol drinks, as well as ice-cream during 10am-10pm, and even free ramen offer at night. What a pity the heavy downpour made us couldn’t enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and hot spring facility. One thing can be improved while daily basic room cleaning service shall be conducted to make us more comfortable during out stay.

This is not a Japanese hotel but more of a Taiwanese style hotel. Every night the common area turn into a noisy big mess where the Taiwanese tourist all get drunk and talk way too loud… and no. No hotel staff came and try to stop them (that said I doubt if the Taiwanese travellers are controllable). Don’t think about getting authentic onsen experience here, it’s the kind of fake onsen where you wear swimsuits and kinda jumping and running around the pool. Simply awful, maybe leave this place to those families who won’t care for their children. Setting aside the Taiwanese visitors, the Hotel is clean (except 2nd floor), staff are all super helpful. Absolutely kudos to them for adding some colors to the stay.

We came with a mini car (Toyota Pixis) which they said is too high and ran out of parking lots. So we had to park at public parking and walk back and fro to the car park. Despite coming back at 5pm the following day, they said the lots are all reserved by guests with a cone even though you see no cars. I wonder why they can't ask the cars that are lower to move to another parking space while making space for the so called "taller" ones when they return to the hotel, for their so called reserved lots as there are 2 parking uncles there checking their ipads for parking reservations. To end, the hotel provides free soba and drinks every evening so be prepared to queue and come early for a seat during peak season. Otherwise , everything else is good. I used this facility for my daughter's graduation trip to Okinawa. The facility was new, very clean, and had a nice sense of cleanliness. It’s a small detail, but I was happy that three different colored toothbrushes were provided as amenities, so there was no mix-up. There were also many items available for loan, and I borrowed Wi-Fi, a hair iron, and a handheld fan, which helped reduce my travel luggage. There was an all-you-can-drink option, and we could bring in food, so on the first day, we indulged on Kokusai Street, and the next day, we bought Okinawan side dishes and sashimi to enjoy in the hotel with drinks. This allowed us to enjoy local food while keeping costs down. The location was also good; it took less than five minutes to get to the entrance of Kokusai Street. For breakfast, we had to eat pork dumplings on Kokusai Street, and in the evening, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere of Kokusai Street while slightly tipsy. On our first trip to Okinawa, we packed our schedule too tightly, so we had little time to enjoy the hotel, but we had a very comfortable trip.

The hotel was very clean in both the building and the shared spaces. It was great that I could use the washing machine for free (the dryer was paid), but the person who came after me had to wait a long time for it to be available, as there were some people who didn't come to pick up their laundry after it finished. I think that's something that should be improved. I chose this hotel because I wanted to swim, and it had a pool which was nice, with a hot spring in the pool as well, but the size was about half of what the photos showed. There were free drinks like Orion beer, coffee, and juice, which was very convenient, and I could fill up with water. The free ramen at night was crowded with Chinese guests, and it was so discouraging to wait in line that I didn't eat any. At the front desk, they provided small portions of amenities like basic skincare products, which was very helpful, and the free lending of portable fans was also very kind and appreciated. Overall, I thought it was a very good hotel with just the right cost-performance ratio. The location was also good, just a 7-8 minute walk to Kokusai Street, and it was a hotel I would like to stay at again.
