Cosy room with a beautiful view”
It is a little bit of a walk to the bus stop, maybe 15 mins or so. The view was beautiful and the surrounding area has English friendly dining places (usually run by former US Marines). There is parking so I do recommend renting a car because it takes 2 hours by bus from Naha airport and to get around is difficult because it is so far away from the main area of Okinawa. It is problematic all over Okinawa but I will re-interate that the US military will have planes flying overhead in the morning so unless you are a heavy sleeper looking to sleep in, "Good Luck". The room was cosy, enjoyable however the layout of the room was a little funny. Almost seems as though the room should only have one big bed but they did well regardless. There is no power outlet near the only mirror in the room so either bring your own mirror or a power extention cable. For the price I paid and the view, definetly worth it. Keep in mind that the star system in Japan is different from Western countries (eg. no dining facilities besides your little kitchen so I had to go the the shops for food or the vending machine downstairs) so be sure to look up the star system to make sure you get what you want prior to booking anything in Japan.

Stay 5 nights, we cooked a lot, the kitchen is wonderful. Everything is good except no shower curtains & no lift. Sushi, pizza, noddle, Okinawa stylerestaurants in walking distance. We had the freshest sushi at Toyku Hands amount all Dept. stores we been. We snorkel once the sea next to the hotel. A lots of diving groups there everyday. We stay Ocean Front as we were at home.❤

What a great find! I was struggling to find a place during a busy time in Okinawa. This place was cheap with 4 bedrooms, full kitchen and great ocean views. This place was very roomy for Japan and priced well below what you might expect.

Nice view & good restaurant around hotel”
I stayed at twin seaview room, for 2 nights. Sea view is very good, but room is a bit small. Free laundry room(free detergent) Free wifi(speed is good), Free bicycle. Okinawa soba is delicous at hamaya restaruant. (walk 3min) American village is nearby. (by bicycle 10~15min)

This was a wonderful place . We traveled from China to visit our so.n who is stationed in Okinawa. What a double delight to see him and enjoy this place. So close to the water, seeing all the divers and surfers, sunsets, schools of fish. A magical place! Great little restaurants nearby. The staff ever so accommodating when we had to stay an extra day.

The perfect weekend getaway”
We got the 5 bedroom suite. We were hooked up for only $130. The experience at the hotel was the best part of our weekend, not to mention the miyagi Bay Area is a very cool hidden gem on okinawa.

Good location, basic, clean rooms”
Small but clean room. We were looking for "home base" during our stay on Okinawa and this hotel was just right for that. No complaints from me although I'd probably rent a condo next time. We have older kids and rented two rooms but that didn't give us anywhere to hang out in the evenings. Rooms are small but if you're only going to use it for showers and sleep they are fine for 2 adults

Great location but small rooms”
we arrived at the hotel late at night after a long flight from the us. the cab dropped us off out front of building 2. we had to flag down a passerby to help us find the office, which is around the corner of building 1. we had no idea whether or not we were in a safe neighborhood. the room was very small, but very clean. we figured out how to work the ac instructions in the room info book. in the morning we could see that we had a great view of the ocean, although the windows only opened 2 inches and were always covered with condensation from the ocean. the staff was very helpful and courteous. the neighborhood was great with several restaurants and bars within a short walk. the sea wall was a great place for a stroll or bike ride.

Good price, ocean view and friendly staff”
We got a room with ocean view, even from the bathroom. The room was good for the price. The pillow a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately a bit noisy - we were woken by the neighbours in the morning. The staff was kind to let us borrow a wireless router for internet access. The hotel is situated in an area with many americans.

It's more like a youth hotel and you can hear tour next doornneighbors, but my room was big with ocean view and room rate was low so i've got nothing to complain about. Even without a car, it's still easy to go to places by hotel bikes (free) n buses (3 blocks away).

Great Japanese Experience”
This is NOT a luxury Hotel. It is a great way to experience Okinawa. We could cook. (one hot plate and TINY fridge) The jet tub was nice. The free laundry was unexpected. Soap was free too. Each floor only has 6 rooms and there are 4 floors. We were on the 3rd floor. Outside stairs only. We snorkeled a lot and that was convenient to be on the sea wall.

Spacious apartment with equipped kitchen. They got separate large bathroom and toilet. The location is great with parking lots downstairs. Short walking distance to the restaurants/ bar nearby. Enjoyed breakfast with beautiful ocean view! Definitely worth to stay with this price :)

Mid-ranged hotel with a nice view of the ocean”
The hotel is actually made of rooms from a large apartments, and we were lucky enough that we ordered the seaview room or else it will a room facing another building. Our room was spacious enough (again, according to Okinawa standards), but the interesting thing is the bathroom, as the bath tub was nice and big, and the toilet was at the glass door to the balcony! Quite "artistic". Location was close to the American Air Force Base, and American Village - shopping arcade of outlets and interesting foods. In the morning, around 9am, we were greeted by traffic load of jet fighters and planes passing through, which was rather unique. Other than that, the beach area is pretty quiet. Staff is friendly enough, and English well-spoken (probably because due to alot of foreigners in the area). Perhaps the area is close to the beach and there are alot of scuba diving shops and activities nearby, the receptionist had me sign a form not allow to have visitors after 10pm, and no loud partying, again, after 10pm. View from the hotel is just of the ocean, can't exactly go down and just go to the beach, as it's more of a dock/pier rather than beach. If you want to go to the beach, you may have to get to the American Village area and there is a public beach resort nearby. Overall, Secluded, Quiet (though the walls can be thin), and Good Oceanview.

Convenient location”
I chose this place for the location and not for amenities being offered. I was traveling with my mother and basically just needed a clean place to sleep, shower and secure our items. We ended getting stuck on Okinawa for three extra days due to typhoon Trami. Although you cannot predict the weather, I do know that Okinawa experiences several typhoons a year. When the power went out, I was disappointed that NO ONE came to our room to offer a flashlight or candles - it wasn't until the eye of the storm that I was able go get one. In addition, the window seals are terrible! Our room constantly flooded and I ended up having to use our bath towels to soak up the water. Upon checkout, I brought this to the front desk's attention was was basically given a shoulder shrug. If you are just looking for a place to shower and lay your head, stay here... but NOT when there's a typhoon lurking about.

Excellent hotel, somewhat irritating experience with staff”
First, let me say that the hotel is amazing, and I have stayed here on multiple occasions. On this trip, I had a less than desireable experience with the hotel staff. I booked my stay over a month in advance, and when I went to check in, I was told that I was being moved to a different hotel, under the same management. The hotel I requested was close to the amenities that appealed to me, and I did not want to stay several minutes from my desired location. I now had to taxi to spots that wouldve been within walking distance. The hotel was almost the exact same floor plan as the one I requested, so I decided to leave well-enough alone. The third day I was there, I recieved a notice that I needed to call the management because they needed to discus my stay. Well, it was not a pleasant call. Apperently the hotel had overbooked the room I was staying and wanted me to move to a smaller room for the duration. Absolutely unacceptable, especially when I was paying for 20 days at this location.
