Nice, Cool, Vaule for $!!”
Was there for only 1 night (wish i could stay longer), arrive with a warm greeting from friendly (English speaking) staff (warm our heart from the cold weather). Although its a 2- star hotel, the settings and comfort level is way up high. Good location with walking distance to the senado square, st paul ruins, Margaret's Portuguese egg tart & casino!! I would recommend to my friends and also will return to the cozy hotel for my future stay! Thumps up! The room even come with amenities like shower cap, toothbrushes, soap, nail file, tea bags, water boiler, disposable slipper. Bearing in mind that some 3 or 4 stars hotels does not even provide some of these items! Please note that map of macau do not reflect as ole london hotel, only mention as london hotel only. The only few cons about the hotel is room has no heater, even when we turn on the air-con to max (30 degree) it doesn't seems to work, as we were there during winter and was a few days where there was a cold draft, with temp falling below 8degree. No mini fridge as well, but not too much a problem for me as we went during winter.

Great hotel with great service”
At first, I thought I accidentaly booked for the hotel that too far away from the central of Macau because of the scenery around the Hotel doesn't have modern city look. Afterall, I found out that it was pretty close to the central and best of all, the price was very reasonable. In short, I really enjoyed staying at Ole London Hotel in Macau. The hotel is great, the service is nice; I would choose this hotel again.

Great Location at great price”
ole london hotel in macau is a favorable location for those who want to stay in area where there is low population density while not being too far from the tourist and commercial spots. rooms are small but accommodation is relatively cheap; clean; with queen sized bed; hot & cold shower. television is provided but very few english channels. wi-fi access is provided in the rooms but not efficient. might as well use access in the lobby area. the biggest drawback is that there are no cabinets in the cheaper rooms (don't know about the more expensive rooms). front desk personnel are very accommodating though.the environment was good, though not located in prime area, but still walking distance to various location like casino, famous ruins of st. paul and bus stop to zhu hai and hong kong check point.

Hotel that exceeds expectation”
It was indeed a pleasant stay. From airport, just take bus 26 and alight at Rua de Lorchas, easy to find just follow instructions from the reviews. It was a good decision to request for a higher floor at the newly renovated building. Rooms are clean, with hot and shower, tv. and aircon is functioning well. Anything you need except for a mini ref. There is everyday refill of bottled water, tea and change of slippers, just don't forget to put the sign in your door before leaving to clean your room. Try their buffet breakfast. Its worth for the price paid. I will surely recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends. Near to senado square, bus station going everywhere (Fishermans wharf, sands, macau tower, venetian and other tourist spots in Macau. Food is not a problem, lots of filipino restaurants and 711 nearby the hotel. My only comment is that they should hire receptionist on a night shift that speaks and understand English so guest will not have difficulty in asking what they need. English language is so important everywhere. Other than this, rest of our stay is good and I can consider Ole London as a three (3) star hotel already. See you again in my future visits here in Macau.

close to public transport & attraction”
we stayed 2 nights in Macau and it was so great that we chose Ole London. Close to public transport (just around 100 meters to bus stop which can reach most of tourist attraction points in Macau and only around 200 meters to Venetian Shuttle bus stop). Competitive pricing. In addition to that, it is just 10 minutes away from Senado Square and probably only 15 minutes away from ruin of St Paul. Friendly staff and great English. Breakfast is worth the money.

Best Value For Money Hotel In Macau”
I stayed at Ole London before but I was surprised during this latest stay because I occupied the new, renovated room. The facilities are great and the staffs are friendly and polite. Although the location is quite less ideal, this is truly a money for value hotel. Hopefully in the future this hotel would be able to offer breakfast as there the nearest fast food stores are quite far. Definitely will stay in this hotel again once I visit Macau in the near future.

Simply nice, comfortable and affordable!”
Stayed there for 3 nights for my Macau trip in May. Though they have an internal problem in checking in us to our pre-booked double bed room (got twin bed room for the first night), but the receptionist was very polite in informing us about the scenario and he kept his promise to change us to a double room from second night. 15 mins taxi ride from airport to the hotel. The hotel is near to Senado Square (5 mins walk) and Ruins of St. Paul's (10 mins walk). Delicious local foods are easily accessible around the hotel. There is a bus stop nearby the hotel (2 mins walk) which you can take a public bus to anywhere in Macau. A great deal to stay in Ole London Hotel. Would definitely stay there again for my next trip to Macau.

Great place to stay”
Stayed overnight at London Hotel and the room was very clean and relatively spacious for its price. It's walking distance to Senado Square/Ruins as well as to the Michelin Guide Pastelaria Chui Heong. It is also near the bus stop (in front of 7-11) where you can ride on MT4 to go to the Venetian Hotel. Upon arriving from Macau Outer Ferry Terminal (from HK), I just rode bus 10 and got off at the Praca de Ponte Horta bus stop (infront of 7-11) and walked a few minutes to London Hotel. The receptionists are very helpful when you ask them for directions or for restaurant recommendations. You can also leave your luggage with them after you checked out if you plan to do a few more hours of sightseeing. Will stay here again.

Reasonable price & great location”
Room: The room is clean and equipped with the basic features that hotel room have, e.g. toiletries, kettle, TV, hair dryer, slipper and complimentary mineral water. Size of the room consider big comparing to the stay in Hong Kong's guest house a night before. Services: The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. They even help us to heat up the unfinished packed outside food. The buffet breakfast not expensive though, roughly MOP 36 with assorted buffet menu. Location: Can reach by taking public bus no. 26 (from Macau International Airport & Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal), if taking Cotai ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui or Hong Kong island. The hotel is just 200-300m from Macau Inner Harbour Ferry Terminal bus stop after you hop down from the bus no. 26. Walking distance (5 - 20mins) to most of the Macau tourism hotspots, e.g. "Leal Senado" Building, Senado Square, Holy House of Mercy, Cathedral, St. Dominic's Church, Ruins of St. Paul's, Mount Fortress & etc. Me and my bf even went to Lisboa Casino by walking (about 25mins from Mount of Fortress). There are free shuttle buses to The Venetian (every 30mins, last bus 9.30pm) near the Macau Inner Harbour Ferry Terminal bus stop.

Very cozy hotel in an excellent location”
ole london hotel is very cozy, and even has a very charming decor outside and in the lobby. the room we got was small, but very clean and had a lot of extras, like a blowdryer, a vanity kit, a razor, a comb, slippers, and toothbrushes. there was also a water boiler and two complimentary teas. the air conditioner worked well. overall, our stay was very comfortable. our flight to macau was delayed and we arrived at past 12 midnight already, but when we got to the hotel, check-in was very easy. even though the receptionist didn't know how to speak english, he had a card ready to tell us that he needed a hotel deposit, which we refunded before we left. it helped that we already had an agoda reservation, though. we like how the hotel is very near the senado square and the ruins. it made traveling to these prime tourist destinations easier.

Pleasant surprise”
we braced for the worst after reading some not good reviews here and in other sites but we were pleasantly surprised. our room was small, true, but it was cozy enough especially if you're only there to sleep anyway. the bed was comfortable, clima control was sufficient, we had enough room for our luggage (4 pieces), it had an lcd tv though there was only 1 english channel. the bathroom was even smaller but there's enough elbow room to maneuver inside the shower. their power outlets have built-in adapters so you need not worry about your gadget's plug fitting in it. they provided standard hotel amenities like bedroom slippers, toiletries, bottled water (replenished daily), towels and coffee/tea making facility. the staff were friendly - from the front desk to housekeeping. most especially bonnie, the receptionist who checked us in the night we arrived. she told us where to eat, change money and was even concerned if we had enough local currency. the location was great because it was near so many places to eat and it's probably a 10 minute walk to senado square so it's not that bad. plus, there's a bus stop across the street (in front of macau master's hotel) where you could take 10a to the ferry terminal. it's also where the venetian bus stops. some cons though: - during the entire stay, we did not have a key to our room. their locks were being repaired so every time we went back to the room, we had to have someone open our door for us. - there was no window in our room. not really a problem for us but it might be an issue for claustrophobic people. all in all, we'd stay here again if ever we decide to spend a night in macau.

Experience most of Old Macau”
The hotel is excellent. Very friendly staff;large, comfortable and clean rooms; and have an amazingly artistic boutique design and architecture (Which looks more of a typical Parisian hotel.) The buffet breakfast is also very good. There is a park outside with playgrounds for children and adults. (Actually there are actually plenty of parks in the whole Macau) It's the best place in main Macau It's located on the Historic Centre of Macau. All you gotta do is walk and see all of the old building, churches and all of the culture, history and art of Macau There are also the museums and old office buildings. There are also plenty shops all around these old buildings selling all types of items from luxury clothes to food. (There are plenty of shops selling Macanese delicacies giving free samples. There are also convenience stores and markets. The street food is superb. It is best to walk to walk aound as there is something interesting or attraction every few hundred metres which you would miss if you're public transport. (Take Public Public transport only wwhen goiung to the casinos in the Venetian area or airport.) Internet connectivity is fair

Comfort and convenience at an affordable cost”
I & my son are seasoned travelers, used to staying in bed & breakfast places. During this particular travel, we 1st visited Hong Kong and then proceeded to Macau. We were delighted to find that the accommodations we booked which was Ole London had a very nice, relatively new and very clean room compared to most rooms that we stayed in, in Hong Kong and other Asian countries in the past. The rooms have a classy, clean, fresh look to it and even the furnishings are so harmonized and just right. The television was new, a flat screen and big (42"). The bathroom was equally new and had nice fixtures. The location is so central, especially to the world historical sites. It is also quite near restaurants, bus stops and shopping places. After a tiring day of walking, sight seeing and shopping, it was so good to enter the room that was neatly tidied up and has a sweet and subtle scent/smell. The only thing that needs improvement was maybe the attitude of 1 female staff at the reception who was not very polite and accommodating when we inquired about the usual tourist questions. The website should also include a good map locating the hotel, and clear and concise instructions as to how to get to the hotel from either the pier or the airport using various modes of transportation like a taxi or the bus. Overall, we were quite happy because for a very reasonable and relatively low cost, the room and the hotel in general is quite nice, classically simple, comfortable, clean and central

Ole!”
Ole London is just walking distance from most important tourist spots in Macau. Say few blocks. But if you like to ride the bus there is a nearby bus stop so the place is accessible. There's free wifi and buffet breakfast for only hkd at their small restaurant. Good enough if you're saving. The service is good, room size is adequate. There is a water heater if you need to heat water for coffee or noodles. Highly recommended for lite travelers, backpackers or I think everyone. Lower rates too. I'd go back if I'll be visiting Macau again.

Ole London -- An Unexpected Treat”
We booked a room in Ole London because it was inexpensive -- we were arriving at 10 in the evening and would be checking out early the next day. And let's get its [probably] worst feature out of the way -- it's not very easy to find. (Tip: Just say it's right beside Best Western Sun Sun.) But when we finally found our way to this gem of a hotel, it was all we could ask for! The reception area was charming, the front desk people were courteous and efficient, and a lift (not all small hotels have one) took us to our room. Once inside, my sister, friends and I all exclaimed in pleasant surprise. The interior was tastefully designed. Our twin beds were roomy and there was a big desk, but the space was not at all cramped. There was a flat screen TV, as well as an electric kettle and two dainty tea cups (tea bags provided of course). There was hot water in the bathroom and toiletries were also provided. Check out the next day was breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants great value for money when staying in Macau.

fun, relaxing, comfortable”
me, my husband, and my 5yo son were arriving past midnight and our check in was handled by the old man - non english speaking. but no problem at all. actually he's quite nice. he even upgraded our room to quadruple room with 2 single beds, a queen bed, and 2 bathrooms which we actually book for standard twin. so we got a pretty large room with no extra charge. in the morning, the staff speaks english well and you can keep your luggage for free after check out. the wifi is fast and free. the hotel location is superb. just 10 minutes walking to senado square, street markets, and ruins of st. paul, and if you're willing to walk even further you can reach casino lisboa, wynn, and mgm too. the taxi fare to macau ferry is about depending the traffic jam and how many luggage you bring . for us, our stay at london hotel was great and really value for money. i would definitely recommend this hotel and agoda website to my family

Great location and value for money! ”
The hotel's location is absolutely amazing. It's walking distance from the Ruins of St Paul and Senado Square. On your way to these landmarks you'll see lots of shops and restaurants in Senado Square which you can eat at, including there famous Portuguese tarts and pork bun. Not only that it's also walking distance from Grand Lisboa Casino, Lisboa Casino, Wynn Macau Casino, Starworld Casino, MGM Casino and many more. You can practically walk to all these casinos without sending a single cent on transport (trust me my friend and I went to all the above places in a day without catching a single transport). Then if you want to go to the other casinos further down in Macau, I would suggest you to look on some of the casinos websites and see what free shuttle buses they offer to other casinos. We found that you can catch a free shuttle bus from Star world casino to Galaxy Macau casino, which you can then probably walk to Venetian Macau. So you can probably find a way to travel to all the big casinos without catching a single transport. The hotel is pretty decent for the price you pay, you definitely can't complain. The room is clean and comes with most toiletries, even toothbrush and a small toothpaste. My friend and I were worried about the Wi-Fi because everyone complained about it, but we absolutely had no problems with the Wi-Fi at all. The place is also walking distance away from shops and food so you don't have worry about that. Finally the hotel is really convenient to get to/from Macau ferry Terminal. You can catch buses 10, 10A, 3 and probably others (but that's all we know from our experience) from a bus stop that's like a 5 min walk to from the hotel. Public transport is also really cheap there. This is definitely a hotel we would go back to because it's so convenient and cheap. So if you're on a budget, we would strongly recommend this hotel!
