This is our second time staying here and the place has gotten even better! There were some updates that were needed the last time we stayed here and they were done this time. This place just feels comfortable and like home. The location is excellent for all the Disney parks and Disney Springs and doesn't require Mr. Toad's wild ride on I4 to get there! The guard gate is well tended and requires a check in process before the first entry. After that, a bar code must be scanned to enter. The security is great and makes it much safer. The home itself has a security system that works good as well. The home is very well kept and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings are nice and the private pool/spa is awesome! The pool is even heated at no additional cost! There are also plenty of towels for the pool area. There is a grill on the back porch that works well too! There is a game room replacing the garage, but we didn't utilize it much. The house was clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay here again!

Nothing to complain about here. The line at the front security gate can get long, but I LOVE the fact that the security is that good. A later check out time (1100?) would be nice, but we will be staying here in the future.

We felt very very safe in the residential, and in the house, very clean, location was perfect, my kids loved the house, love the decoration of mickey mouse, they felt at home so did we. We would definetly rent this house again as we are already planning to go back soon.

The neighbor across the street was making too much noise(drinking) for the first 3 days, and one of my guest that stayed in the room downstairs couldn"t sleep, till very late after 2 am, and the airconditioning in the 3 rooms downstairs was not working(hot) and thw rooms upstairs too cold, they should let someone take a look at it.

Minor things.. The restrooms were not very clean. Not sure if they were sanitized or not when we got there. I sanitized them myself. Had to call maintenance for the upstairs restroom door, did not fully lock. Also the master downstairs sink stopper to get fixed. The toilet in downstairs master, the water kept running. The inside of the pool wall didn't look clean. After it got fixed. Overall everything else was in good condition. I do recommend this home for your vacation family stay. It worked perfectly for our two families. Communicating with the owners and maintenance was fast and easy. My family and my friend's family were extremely satisfied with our 7-day stay.

There were a few things that could be improved. They didn't affect our stay and certainly won't hinder our returning. I texted the local contact, but got no response. The owner did respond (and was very good at communicating) and I'm sure will make some corrections. The security system woks only intermittently. One of the sofas has three sections and the middle section is broken. The kitchen utensils are nice, but well worn. The property does have broken/loose tiles (especially in the living room) and do move under your feet. The TV does work and have popular channels, but I would recommend a firestick or such. There is a small hole in the netting over the back porch/pool and you will occasionally find a squirrel enjoying the amenities as well. Once again, small stuff that will NOT affect your having a grand time here!

Excelent location, beautiful house. Really comfortable. The kids had a blast with the game room and the heated pool.

The house is very spacious, everyone had their own bathroom pretty much, this is convenient and allows a lot of privacy. the pool and hot tub were heated to just right temperature so even though it wasn’t hot outside (66°) when we went, we still were able to enjoy it. The house literally had anything you could need. Beds were comfy. The clubhouse was great but we didn’t even use it because we had so much fun at the house. Shops, stores and dining are literally right up the street less then a mile away.

The security guards at the front gate are extremely rude and unhelpful.

I like everything about the property but the most important part is that security and the cleanest We really enjoyed the TV outside also I like the Jacuzzi works it was perfect if I come back next year I’d definitely going to looking for these people great people

paid for an upstairs level we couldnt use for 3 days because air conditioner didnt work so some had to sleep on the coach

The air-conditioning didn't work for a day and a half on the second floor and guest had to sleep on the couch. The bar coded cards didn't open the gates very easily.
