Good
Overall is okay. Hotel is just walking distance away from STADIUM MERDEKA and STADIUM NEGARA. Ideal for those who go for concert. MRT station is also just outside the hotel. The indian women staff at the reception is quite rude. Breakfast was okay , just that the plates and cups look like have been used for years. The hotel should renovate the rooms, change the yellowish blankets to the new one would be better i think. Overall it's good!

Not great
I had to ask 5 times for coffee and water in the room then asked 4 times for fresh towels and for the room to be made up, I was not told about the extra charges the hotel charge until I arrived above the % tax so be aware of that guys!! the breakfast was disgusting and geared up only for Indians that reside there, not for westerners. will not stay there again for sure

Poor room service
I suspect there is somebody (room service cleaner) pee-ing in the room toilet. We make sure the toilet is being flushed and cleaned after used everytime. But, I saw yellowish urine on the toilet bowl after I came back from outside during the night time at around 11pm which is very disgusting. Floor mat in the toilet didn't change. Towels were not changed as well. Toilet papers were not refilled. I walked down to the reception and asking for room service to make up the room. But the receptionist told me the room service cleaners were off from work and there is no room service provided during night shift time. The whole hotel room full of cigarette smokes smell which was very unhealthy to be in the room for prolonged period of time. Really bad room service.

Rooms are ok, tea cups were very bad and dirty, saw some flies flying around bread when having breakfast. no travel facilities from hotel. water for bath was not that hot even in the chilled weather. no nearby restaurants/shops, need to walk very long. travel agency is inside the hotel but have not seen them. a small shop is inside hotel but not opened.

Good if you want to be away from crowds.
Good: -quiet area. Good if you have something to do at stadium merdeka. -10 mins walk to chinatown. -mrt merdeka is right beside hotel. Bad: -rm150 for deposit even payment made. The FO guy demanded it saying management rules. -tv not many options and wifi very bad (connected but no internet).

Good location at center of KL
15mins drive to pavilion in jam situations...10mins drive to berjaya Times Square...walking distance to monorail n LRT...merdeka MRT station just right in front of the hotel..room are clean..
