Self service, no front desk, no baggage left avala
clean, good location, easy checkin
Not too bad, room is clean, customer service hotline is helpful, location is great, near coach station However, this is no front desk and not suitable for tourists with lots of baggage and request left baggage service.

Good value for money
Good value for money, OK location, comfortable room
This was our first time staying in an “automated hotel” where there was no reception and room access was provided through access code by email. Despite the waiting as we arrived at the hotel 45 minutes before our access code becomes effective, the entire process was very simple. Access to the room was immediately provided upon our entering the code. The room was windowless (but as the exhaust worked well, the air inside the room was fairly acceptable) and there was no daily cleaning. We did, however, got additional towels that we requested through phone. The hotel was located within 15 minutes walk from the train station, in the opposite direction of the main pedestrian area of the city. However, as the route there was lined with shops and restaurants, walking the half hour distance was very enjoyable.

Very small room, check in problems
Bar, breakfast, location
The room was much smaller than we anticipated, with three of us. There is no reception, and they did not send us our room number and code as promised, so we were trying to contact them late at night to find out how to check in. Had to make the bed up ourselves for our daughter, and find the well hidden sheets for it. Bathroom is tiny and only just adequate. The bar area was very nice and had good atmosphere.

Easy check-in with the access code, good location near to the shopping area and train station. Would definitely stay in this Omena again if I go to Stockholm again!

Great hotel!
Big room, clean, modern
i lived only for 1 night. you get a big value for the price. 3 minute walk from central train station. no reception, just a simple clean room with free wifi. there is one negative thing about the room. the ventilation in the bathroom is very bad.

Budget hotel with great location
free wifi, good security
Fully automatic. We stayed as a couple in the quadruple room but fitting 4 people in the one room would have been a bit tight! Bathroom is a self-contained section in the middle of the room where you have to step up into the bathroom. Bathroom door has a gap at the bottom so you can hear sounds from the bathroom from the outside. Bedsheets had a funny stain on them.

Very cheap in Stockholm and it is definitely recommended if you would like to pick up a hotel near the train station with a good price.
