Very friendly staff even though it was a holiday weekend. Had complimentry drinks and snacks. Rooms were very spacey, beds very comfortable, which is a hard thing to accomplish with me. Our room overlooked rooftop pool and had a beautiful view of skyline at night. My only improvement would be to have hotel bar open past midnight for us late night stragglers that like to stay up but don't really want to go out. Loved the travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion! Smells like tangerine and not like some stale, cheap neutral scent that most hotels have! Thank you, had a great time!

wonderful view and price”
I got a kind size bedroom in the South tower face to the park on fifth floor. The night view was so beautiful. The location is within 10 minutes walk from Marta (five points, peachtree center) and right next to CNN center which has a food court on 1st floor. World of Coca-cola is 2 blocks away and many restaurants around. We were walking inside the park around 10pm and feel very safe. The room is very clean, luxury design and quick big. I will recommend it my friends and come back again.

Wife bday weekend ”
Came down to Atlanta for the wife’s bday weekend was an amazing room, Valet were very courteous and on time little wait for my car no matter the time. Had an amazing view of Mercedes benz arena, prime location just minutes from it all.

Excellent Stay”
We were in Atlanta for an event at Home Depot Backyard (adjacent to Mercedes Benz Stadium). Easily within walking distance. Staff was exceptional. Sign up for their loyalty program and you will receive added benefits (drinks, WiFi, etc) which is a very nice touch. Located at CNN Center. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The man who checked me in was amazing! It took a little while as the line was long, but the experience was great and I truly had the best room in all of Atlanta. I've actually lived in a high-rise in downtown Atlanta for many years, and this was my first time back. I was blown away by my view and the fact that I had a balcony. That is so rare with hotels these days. Truly a wonderful experience!!

No Free Wifi in 2019”
The hotel was lovely and I couldn't have stayed in a better location for my conference. My No to recommending the Omni Hotel is based entirely on the state of their internet connectivity. It's such a critical component how could a hotel have bad WiFi. On my priority list for a hotel it goes: Bed, Locking Door, Toilet, Wifi, Lights in that order. When I got to my room I found out there's a 10$ fee to access the wifi unless you sign up for their Omni Guest Rewards Program. The system was weird and I wasn't sure I signed up properly, when I checked out I learned I hadn't and luckily the staff member connected my guest membership to get the 10$ knocked off my bill. I only ended up trying to use the wifi the first night and didn't bother the next two nights and stuck to data because the Wifi was terribly slow. You can get better wifi in the Conference Center, I-95 rest stops, Tokyo Subway tunnels, and just about every other place in 2019.

Great Location”
The location of this hotel was fabulous. Easy to find. We pulled up & were greeted quickly at the North Tower by the valet. We checked in at the North Tower Desk. The line moved very slowly, as there was only one person checking in guests. It was Friday around 6 pm. Once at the desk, we checked in quite easily. I had reserved 2 rooms and they were able to place our rooms next to each other. The room was great! We had a great city view from the 14th floor. It was very clean and well equipped. We walked to the Aquarium through Centennial Park. We toured the Aquarium then walked back thru the park to Ted’s Montana Grill. There were many eateries to choose from. The only problem we had was with the valet when trying to vacate. I called the valet to retrieve the car before I went down to check out. They said it would be 15 minutes. I waited 30 min then checked in to ask about my car. Same response, 15 more minutes. We waited over 1hr for my car. We were late for our event.

Tried this hotel twice, will not a third time. ”
Last year, the hotel experience was horrible. Staff lied a lot. Thought I would give this hotel one more try. Room was cleaner. Had an issue with scheduling, situation was fixed at check in. Was supposed to have cheesecake delivered to daughters room for her birthday and balloons, never happen and we stayed four nights! Mentioned at checkout, staff acted like I shouldn’t be annoyed with situation. The worst part of trip is after my daughter and I got our luggage, we were waiting for uber. Concierge said I have a town car for you. Told us price and helped load our luggage in suv. He said to driver don’t charge them more than $45. He then talked to driver. As we were pulling off, he stopped the driver and started getting us and our luggage out of car stating it wasn’t safe! The driver was yelling that he was mad he didn’t give him $10 for setting him up with rides. It was very shady. We moved away from them both. Clearly they have shady staff making money off customers and drivers.

Terrible experience ”
We reserved for 3 nights. When we got the key and enter the room. The room is messy, it look like haven’t clean up yet. After the first night, we request for room cleaning. Soon after the room cleaning, we found that our belt has been stolen. We are so angry and inform the hotel. Hotel said they will investigate. Till now, we haven’t received any update from them. We really feel disappointed.

Disappointing”
The photos on the internet and what we received not the same. Very disappointing. On arrival we checked in and when we saw the room it was quite disappointing, old, stuffy and the mattresses were in such a bad condition one cannot even sleep on it. On inquiry from the front desk we were told that there was a problem with the South Tower's rooms and they moved everyone to the North Tower. We were not even inform about this by neither agonda.com nor the hotel. If we knew this, we would have booked another hotel. The staff was not very helpful, we ask to be moved but they did not even want to show us the other rooms they want to move us to. We then booked out and requested a full refund. Still waiting for our money, this is not the end of the story.

Don’t waste your time or money”
Almost two hours to get in the valet. An hour wait to be told our room wasn’t ready after the guaranteed time of 4:00 PM. Was told they would call when the room was ready. Never received a call. Finally got checked in at midnight. Would never even consider staying here again.

Excellent accommodations. The staff was great. Daren, Terry, Troy, Roberto, our valet, waitress, everyone was polite, courteous, and helpful without any type of attitude other than our needs. They we cheerful but most of all. They were kind. Kindness is something I value over all things. Thank you.
