Outstanding location and welcoming staff”
It is hard to beat the location of this hotel, between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue. We could walk everywhere. While there was no coffee maker or tea kettle in the room, hot water will be delivered on request - this is a complimentary service. We would definitely stay there again.

非常生气的一次，前台太不负责任了”
我关注了自己的信用卡扣款，第一天deposit的时候多扣了我的房费；最后一天check-out的时候我跟前台质疑了为啥扣了我3笔钱，一笔deposit未入账，一笔房费未入账，一笔resort费未入账。 房费我明明已经在agoda缴过了，不应该再扣我，当时前台说不会入账，结果回国之后隔了一天，房费和resort fee都入账了，即重复扣了我的房费。 我当时表达了很多次，我回国后不方便再沟通，对方告诉我只会扣我resort fee，事实上给我添加了极大地麻烦和情绪上带来非常的不满。 地理位置方便，但是啥东西都没有，还是窗外就是各种equipment的房间，这些就算了；没有冰箱，要单独要，没有烧热水的，要单独要。作为一个酒店，还有啥，啥都要打电话要。
