Very Nice Hotel!”

Everything was very nice and accommodating. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The residents were even very nice and friendly. Restaurants nice but a little much on the prices. Would stay again if we get the chance!

Amazing hotel and experience in Louisville, but watch for extra charges.”

Omni is a world class hotel and a fantastic experience for Louisville. The facilities, restaurants and shops are top-notch. However I was a bit disappointed that you have to pay for parking ($15 / day minimum) and internet. I would expect to pay at a budget hotel where they hit you for extras. But for a luxury hotel it just feels like a cash grab. I don’t know many people who stay in luxury hotels that *don’t* need internet. It should be inclusive.
