いいところでした”

フェスに2日参戦のためグループでお借りしました！お店も近くに沢山あり立地条件文句なしです！駐車場も近かったので不便な思いをすることはありませんでした。美容家電も充実しておりとても満足です。残念な点があるとすればスリッパが1足だけ異様に汚れていたのとシャワーの角度がえげつない、洗面所が水のみしか出なかったことですかね。

家族5人で宿泊しました。旅館やホテルと異なり、洗濯ができて快適でした。ちょっとした買い物も近くにコンビニがあり、助かりました。備え付けのコーヒーマシンが嬉しかった。

非接触に努めた対応で、説明書もとても詳しく書いてくださっていて助かりました。 設備もとても清潔にされてあり、コーヒーメーカーまであるのは驚きました！ ただ、最初の電話対応で、「k-icon hotelsさんで宜しいですか？」と最初に発言したら何かと間違われたのか、速攻で切られたのはとても傷付きました。 勧誘だか何かと間違ったにしろ、即切りはシンプルに失礼なので、もう一度利用させて頂く事は無さそうです。 ただ、本当に施設そのものは最高でした！
