great staff, truly an asset”
we arrived early around 5am and it was raining and super cold outside. good thing he finally woke up after a couple of door bells and let us in. I forgot his name (he came fr el nido branch). bisaya din. he was very accomodating and let us rest at d sala while waiting for check in time. then @ 7pm we just transferred at d 2nd flr sala. we were really tired fr a 6hr land trip fr ilocos. I love d breakfast. they have cereals, bread and milk. though not advisable for people who wants a heavy meal. I would definitely be coming back here next time

Great deal”
We chose to stay there because it had the cheapest rate. The place looks and feels like a big house with many rooms. It doesn't really standout in the neighborhood. Location is good, roughly 200m from main road where a lot of jeeps or buses going to the center of Tagaytay or Manila or Nasugbu pass by. Our room had no aircon but a noisy electric fan was provided to us. Having no aircon was fine though since the weather is cool in Tagaytay. The free breakfast is mainly sliced bread and coffee, milk, milo. Staff (or owners?) are friendly and accomodating. All in all, it was worth definitely a good deal staying there. Only complaints are about the noisy fan, limited WiFi coverage (did not reach our room), and the heater in one of the shared bathrooms that does not work, or I simply wasn't able to make it work.

Unexpected facilities”
The heater is not working; walang tubig; no toiletries; mainit; walang tunog ang tv; others have their lockers, sa akin wala. I needed to check out at 5 30 am since my friend arrived early in Tagaytay but the receptionist is not there. tulog pa. I called him more than 10x walang nasagot. 7am na ng naka check out ako. Well, you get what you pay for.

Great place and value for money”
The place is clean and very accessible. Been spending Christmas Eve here since year 2015. The staff are very nice also. Lots of choices for the Breakfast. My only suggestion is to have a TV again on the sala.

Total OMP Experience”
I was not informed that there is no 24/h front desk here. We arrived very early than expected with nowhere to go until around 8am when the staff are ready. But they went very accommodating after. Our check-in is at 2pm but they let us stay in our room with no extra charge. The staff is very friendly too especially the lady. The place makes me feel at home. Very recommendable to solo/group backpackers who wants pay less and be comfy at the same time.
