We stayed there for 2 days. It was a great stay at liactioj near to calanguta beach. Food was just awesome. Free breaksfast was bread jam butter poha and all. Staffs were great and we will revisit the resort fot the next stay. Baga and anjuna beach were near by. Thankyou ondas

This is a one of the best resorts near Candolim beach”
Stay is good here. We got the room at 3k per night but usually it cost 2000 to 2500. Pool is available and it's open from 9AM to 6PM only. There is small restaurant in it and outside food is not allowed. Rooms are clean and maintained well. Good resort to stay with family. Beach is walkable distance from the resort. Checkin time is 12PM and checkout time is 10AM, no exceptions available.

The location is very good. 2-4 minutes walk and you will be on the beach. The market is in front of you. Near to Calangute and Baga beach. You can cover both beaches by walk if you like to walk. Food was amazing and available at a very low price compare to the market price.

This hotel is located very close to beach and market for basic necessary things are available in front of hotel....rooms are decent ..plz don't expect luxury in this budget ...bit it has lot of space to sit in open ...have breakfast in open ...swimming pool is decent size ...big enough for young kids ...I have stayed in lot of hotels in goa but most of them doesn't have balcony or open space to breath.. It has got lot of greenery and you can have beautiful pics with that . Walk to the beach is something I love from this hotel ... I would recommend it for people who love to stay in open area rather than in a closed space luxury. Thanks to agoda for making it available in very low price...this was third time in last e years ..I have stayed in this hotel with family.

Fantastic Resort”
The Resort is quite Satisfactory and the staffs were too good and breakfast is also very good. Location is also an important factor on which every traveller is seeking for but as some issues are also there, I would like to point out some problem in hope that these problems could get resolve soon so that traveller feel comfortable during the stay. 1st thing is the check in timing is very tiring if you reach early here, even though I had approach to the manager that we want to check in early as my flight landed on 7 am but despite doing any help they made us wait and wait and this was bad start. Secondly the bedsheets was unclean and dirty and if you purchase any food that cost too much. That's all I think next time I'll try another resort and one last thing you've to go at least 5 km to reach on beach.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Large clean rooms. Mini bar could have been stocked more fully and having to pay the bar/restaurant bill daily was a slight inconvenience as the atm machines were empty on the weekend I stayed. Included breakfast was fine. Omelette and jam and toast with tea or coffee. The pool has a metal barrier between the shallow end and the deep end making swimming length impossible which is a shame. All in all a good stay and I would go back if I am in the area again.

When we asked for a specific room we were told that in fact Agoda bookings were generally given inferior quality rooms but they were doing us a favor by giving us better rooms. This was bad customer service. Rooms and bathrooms were not well-maintained, had a foul stench throughout. Poor lighting in the rooms. Swimming pool was decent. Earlier they served good breakfast with several options but this time the seating arrangement as well as food was a downer. The good part is that the beach is just a 3-min walk away. Not happy, won't recommend.
