We just wanna be away from home and enjoy short outing. There are few restaurants near to the hotel, 1 thai restaurant, 1 mamak and 1 chinese restaurant. All of it is walking distance. There is also 99 speedmart and KK Mart if you need to get anything. The room is a bit small but for the price that we paid and breakfast, it is worth it. The hotel have a simple breakfast. During our stay, there is aglio olio spaghetti, fried kueyteow, cucur sayur and roti bakar. They also serve hot tea, coffee. There is no iron in the room but there are iron station available at the hallway. Mirror is the one in the toilet. Aircond is very cold and nice. Hot shower is available. Simple amenities like soap is also there. Towel is clean. For the price, yes, i would consider to stay here again. The staff are also very very nice. Thumbs up to the staff.

There is nothing good about the breakfast, all spicy, the kids can't eat it at all, they can only eat Nasi lemak rice and eggs, the toaster can't toast bread, it's all broken,. I will not go back to stay in this hotel next time, I always buy the bed and breakfast package when I stay in a hotel.

Some options for food around the walking distance. Parking provided by hotel is limited, managed to find one outside. Breakfast is good, with few options. Housekeeping was reliable—they cleaned the room daily, changed the linens, and replaced bottled water and toilet paper. I really appreciated that. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, there was a cigarette smell in the room when I checked in, and on the third day of my stay, I found a cockroach. That made me decide to check out earlier than planned. I spoke with the manager, and they refunded one night, which I felt was a fair and professional response. Appreciated the service, Thank you!

| Malaysia | Solo travelerI booked 2 rooms for my short trip with my friends and sibling..one is the family room and the other one is the standard room..the family room was really comfortable, complete with facilities, there is also small refrigerator, a hair dryer, and also an iron..they also provided towels..for the standard room, it’s a bit small and compact..as for muslim it’s hard to perform the prayer in the room due for the small space..the bathroom was also kinda see through as it is made by glass..although the breakfast was basic but it’s really good..there is also dobby downstairs..however my friends and i enjoyed our experience at this hotel...

Air-conditioning and water heater in the bathroom is in good condition. Size of the room is quite okay. Parking also available for the guest. Staff at the counter and cleaning staff are nice and helpful. But, I found some hair on the bed which is they were not mine. This shows that the bed/bedsheet is not clean properly. However, I enjoy stayed in this hotel.

The simple breakfast provided was a nice touch, and having a 24-hour coffee machine in the café was very convenient. The gated private parking, though limited in quantity, provided a sense of security. Daily housekeeping ensured that the room was always clean. Overall, considering the price, you get more than you pay for. Highly recommend!

The room is so so small. The bed, closely push to the wall, takes up the whole space. Infront of the bed, theres a half arm length long from the table. And at the side of the bed, the toilet is literally an arm reach from the bed. It was so so near. Its a glass door, so it’s translucent, there's a gap between the door and the ceiling so everything from the toilet goes to the bed. There’s no space to walk or even place your luggage. We pray at the tiny space that can fit one regular size adult. Facilities- it got free breakfast, quite nice. 2 heavy meals option, one soup, snacks, breads, spread, fruits and drinks. Towels are provided, iron is outside Staff - The staff keep trying to open our door to clean up the room although we didn’t ask for it. We did not check out yet. They should have a better system. Location - although its near to OU, easy to find food, the place is crowded, noisy and not many parking It also has poor soundproofing, I woke up every time the next room go to the toilet. I can hear the flush, the clicks on the door, and their phone ringing. The room is pretty old. Totally different from the picture they advertised

Totally different from the room shown on Agoda. 3. The reception staff told, the Agoda room had taken by other guests. She offered me to pay more, upgrade to king size room. 4. In the mid-night, I can hear clearly water running sound from neighbour room. Also, motorcycle sound outside the street. I can't sleep well. 5. The room cleanness is good. The hotel breakfast is tasteful.

The room is good with two queen size beds for family of four. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved, black mould stain can be seen on the sink edge, there’s problem with the water mode adjustment of the handheld shower head and brown stains on the drain cover.. Plus points this is an affordable hotel with daily breakfast. There’s super mart & coffeeshop right downstair of One Avenue Hotel. Overall, it’s convenient and worth the money to stay.

I particularly appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The breakfast served at the hotel was great. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in terms of amenities and security system. It was clear that the hotel management takes pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and providing a welcoming and safe atmosphere. The parking lot in the basement was a great convenience, and I never had to worry about finding a spot or dealing with the hassle of street parking. It was easy to access and made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside to my stay was that the hot water in my room was not as hot as I would have liked. While it was at maximum temperature, it was still only room temperature. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, delicious food, and a clean and comfortable room. Despite the issue with the hot water, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Old lift working and goes down to car park directly. Very simple breakfast which we enjoyed. Suggest host provide standard pdf where to check-in, and where to park so that will not block paint shop and directions if walking from oneutama. And indicate on website limited car park. And please tidy up the car park.
