Cigarette Smoke heavily ”
The entire hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but it’s not really enforced. The entire hallway is smoky by cigarette. Worst of all, I woke up by heavy smoke from room next door at 3 in the morning. I know the hotel may have difficulties to control. So if you don’t like second hand smoke, you should not consider this. Also, only one elevator. 整個飯店是禁菸的，標示也在唯一的電梯內。一出電梯，就整個走廊聞到濃濃的煙味！跟櫃台反應，他們只能盡力。更慘的是，半夜三點被濃煙味弄醒，真的很糟糕👎。如果你不喜歡2手煙的話，不建議你入住。

I love the bed & the layout of the room. Location I prefer, it's tucked in the quieter side of town. The center of Jiaoxi is only a quick 5 mins walk. My favourite has got to be the lighting in the room. You can choose whatever mood of light at the tap of the touch screen light control panel. Very high tech indeed!! The bath tub is huge. But the real bonus was the hot water (only) taps directly from Jiaoxi natural spring water. Perfect if you don't want to bathe & indulge in your own room & not in the hotels public spa areas.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Walkable to the popular places in Jiaoxi. The rooms are modernised and comfortable. The breakfast is OK. There is a coin self servicing laundry shop next door.

Nice hot bath hotel”
Clean, comfortable hotel. There is hot tub in the room well as bigger hot bath at common area. We enjoyed it very much. My parents are celebrating their wedding anniversary and the hotel prepared a stock of ross, a lovely card and a small gift as a surprise for them when they checked in the room. Very convenient location with food, 7 eleven and laundry nearby.

My first time staying in this hotel”
I check in pretty late around 9plus. I realised there is many hotels nearby especially nearby the main road. This hotel that I choose their rate was like Ted 700+ for a night rest. I paid about 2980 twd and I didn’t know they expect you to check out at 11am. For me I regretted not reading more before I decide. Everything is quite rush for me and kids. Their breakfast have 3 diff timing. I choose the latest since I check in so late and need to settle the kids. Room wise is normal. They have many channels to entertain the kids. They provide mineral waters, paper sandals etc. The tap, the shower and the bathtub is all wen quan water. Nothing amazing for the breakfast. The only thing that children can remember of that hotel is egg. The staff at restaurant is very nice. For me I love their tea and also plain porridge. The hotel is full of cigarettes smell.. from stepping out of the room except the lobby. My kids kept telling me they can’t stand it. Their pillow is very soft one not comfy

staffs were friendly and helpful, even gave us a lift to the bus station. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices and the location is pretty good! Around 10mins walk from the train station. But the hotsprings was not hot enough :( Overall 10/10 hotel

Excellent , affordable Hot Springs Hotel”
Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Same type of rooms but the ones T the both ends of the corridors are bigger. Breakfast is OK Lovely spa hot springs pools free for staying guests . Met one of their bosses who is so hospitable and kind. He arranged a free transfer car for us to catch the bus back to Taiwan. Happy to stay again.

A little far; hotel room and toilet look tired”
Reception was strict about check-in time (3pm) so I had to place my luggage with them and go out for lunch. The room is spacious, clean but furniture and toilet looked outdated and tired. The only revamped area is the personal hotspring bathtub. TV has many channels but remote control was not working very well. The room is equipped with a personal water dispenser (all dispense hot or warm water) and fridge. Toiletries and towels are provided. This hotel does remain a popular place for short rests and overnight stays based on my observation. Agoda provided a wrong location and it took me a while to search and go on google map. The actual location is somewhere near the foot of the mountain, but walkable within 15 mins.

2 things how to brew improved”
The Spa is great! Will recommend to friends. Room is clean. But: 1) the breakfast is the worst in my 20 days traveling in taiwan. Food is cold! I asked the lady and she said the food would be overcooked with warming ! 2) there is no extra toilet paper in the room. In the 2nd night of my stay, toilet paper was used up! No replacement during room cleaning on that day.

Did not meet my expectation”
Interior design was okay, not great but okay. Security wise, everyone have access to all floors, no specific access to your own floor, so was’t good. Hair dryer was terrible, cheap wall mounted type but it was not mounted and in stead was kept inside one of the drawers. Didn’t even bother to have the initiative to provide umbrella for guests. Check in was rather late at 5pm, but they were kind enough to let us go in almost 4pm. Breakfast was good. After breakfast next day we went to hot spring bath at ground floor but they did some maintenance work earlier and there was a strong chemical or paint smell inside the area. Wasn’t impressed by that. The only thing that I loved was the modern control panel for lights, comfy bed and pillows, not forgetting the hot spring bath tub! Other than that, sorry, was not impressed.
