Hi Lisa, I am sorry that this was your opinion about your stay. Unfortunately, we don't allow pets at our property, however, we made an exception for you while you were staying but did require a security deposit with doing this. This was refunded to you on check-out but we do need to have policies in place to protect our property. We also do require payment ahead of check-in and this is why we had to chase up your payment. Close to Dickson”
Chose this apartment due to it closeness to Dickson. When we arrived place was not well sign posted and next door was a construction site for new apartment......not exactly quite. Only stayed one night, place well set up with full kitchen and plus of condiments in cubboard. Bed firm, extra blankets in wardrobe which was handy as night turned cool. Secure car park under building.

Great place to live in! Barbara was very accommodating! Had a minor incident and was fixed right away. The place was fully equipped. Son loved playing on the wooden floor! All in all we were happy to live there. :)

Quiet location, not too far from cbd (we had a car). The rooms were clean and beds were quite comfortable. The place was much better than expected. Highly recommended.

It was great! We could chill at the living room, great coffee provided, free bottle of wine, wonderful rooms, great bath tub with fancy toiletries. Good value for groups, would have used the kitchen if we had more time. We almost forgot to explore Canberra because we were happy to stay at 'home'. Will be back!
