Brand new resort in Bintan and totally nailed it! Special shout out to front desk staff Intan & Ranti for their exceptional hospitality and friendly attitude. Food was great but lack of options for longer stays. We stayed 2D1N so it wasn’t too long nor short, it was just right as there wasn’t many activities in the vicinity. Room 803 was perfect with the sunrise/sunset view, but we feel the aircon need to be changed/serviced as it can be very warm in the day to power both room/bathroom. The bathroom needs to be better ventilated and water pressure from the shower head/tap need to be checked as well. The outdoor pool should be covered so there will be lesser flies. Overall, we love the FOC paddle boat and had so much fun paddling in the water! Never regret staying here and totally adore the spacious bathroom as well. There’s a huge interaction area on the rooftop of our villa and we thought it would be perfect if there’s a BBQ pit be fixed there for large gathering with food and drinks. Raw meat and BBQ materials can be provided at additional cost from the restaurant so this can be an additional source of income for the property! Saw one of the review stating there’s not much activities which is not true. They work with external partners and provide off-island like snorkeling, banana boating etc at additional cost. If you’re willing to pay, you will not be bored by staying here! Definitely returning here again with our family and friends! Thank you! 😊

One of a Kind resorts stands up to its name. It’s one of the best stays we had and is definitely value for money spent. We booked aqua sea view Villa. It offered one of the best east facing sea view compared to all beach properties we have stayed in past. The view literally begins from you bed..The private pool, free paddle boat (with life jacket), the jacuzzi bathtub everything was perfect! The buffet had both Indonesian and Western options, which were delicious. Unfortunately nothing Indian but it’s okay :P However out of the whole experience what stood out was the hardworking and courteous staff of this resort. Everyone.. I mean everyone stands out.. giving the best customer service experience…. Azura staff, room service staff and even the security overlooks your safety and helps you cross the road at night… that’s definitely going beyond…I would love to name some but it would be unfair. It’s the best collective effort, I have seen! One constructive feedback, I would give is making property space accessible(wheelchair ramps etc). Currently the room, Azura restaurant, swimming pool.. all have just stairs. Adding a few ramps will definitely go a long way! Overall, I would highly recommend this resort!

Read reviews online about the mosquito and insects etc but thankfully didn't have such an experience coz both villas I booked were clean. Staff was very polite and friendly esp Intan and Ranti. Housekeeping staff was prompt and always ready to help. Friendly and polite service from the staff at Azura restaurant too. Will definitely want to stay here again.

Room is spacious, pool is good, food is awesome big portion definitely value for money! Only the electronic toilet bowl sometimes very hard to use the bidet as when we turn the knob it won’t spray out water. Have to switch it on n off for a couple of times to make it work. Staffs are great. Thank you to the receptionist Intan and the other staffs. Even the security guard was very friendly & helpful! Loved the stay there. On a side note for those who have small kids while love to play the staircase, pls be careful as there is big gaps they can fall easily & 1 of the bicycle given to us, the chain is always coming off. It would be awesome if u guys could provide kids bike too, or maybe bikes with baby seat. And the patio above from the master bedroom has a big gap too ur babies can easily slip in better be careful. I didn’t allow my kids to be up there without any supervision. Will definitely come back there again.

We had an amazing stay at One Of A Kind! The food was very fresh and tasty, the room was super clean and comfortable too. One of a Kind indeed, with a private pool and the sea view right at your doorstep, just gorgeous & so relaxing! The staff are all very friendly with excellent and attentive service. Great for those who have been to Bintan before and just want to relax at a villa by the beach. This is located near the Trikora Beach and Pizza Casa Italia. We have booked the 1 bedroom villa and it is super spacious & clean. Comes with buffet breakfast that has a variety. Within the resort, there are two restaurants and we went for the seafood dinner. Super good!! The staff that assisted us were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back here again!

Loved the concept and building design - it gives a very modern vibe and, goodness, the very spacious facilities! Most materials are sturdy and classy. There are thoughtful things like couple slippers, bathrobes, welcome dessert, inflatable paddle boat for ocean-front rooms, and the forever attentive bidet (which opens up when you walk near) with warm seat to love. The private pool is very well maintained - the water is circulated constantly, and it lights up at night, which gives a lovely glow to the property. Staff are attentive and courteous - things to love - the niceness of simple island life. Hotel staff would help with arranging transport when you send WhatsApp ahead of time, which is mighty helpful. There are, however, some sad parts - tarnished and rusting water hoses (in the shower, as well as the bathtub) and taps (albeit good quality, but not cleaned well, showing water marks all over), and the erratic warm water jets, which, I have to thankful for, because hot water is available at most times when we need it - from earlier reviews, it seems warm water was only available at certain times of the night, so that's a great plus during our visit. The tides show different day and night views of the beach front, so you can only use the paddle boat during high tides when the water reaches up to the steps - so do check on the Bintan tide times to know when (during low tides) you can venture out on foot to find the dry Middle-Earth style 'marshland' teeming with life - you can literally hear the creatures that come out to play, the tiny crabs that spies you from the holes they're hiding and disappears in them the next instant they know your eyes are on them. Then there are twinkling 'stars' in the horizon of the moving kind - villagers actually walking the 'marshlands' to pick up shells and what they might have been regularly picking. I would recomend this villas to family or couples. The buildings are new and well designed. Good cleanliness and facilities, perfect place to recharge body and refresh your mind. This was my 2nd stayed with family and planed to come again. My 2 cents : Please improve front desk office services, so I did not spent fews minutes with nobody welcoming my visit for check in. This place is great for family esp the Villa Isla with private pool. We enjoyed our stay 4D3N ,great staffs(Ranti & Fadhil)from front desk & Azura Restaurant staffs served us well with great hospitality & friendly. Resort is new(hope they maintain this same standard of cleanliness),its at Trikora beach approx 45min drive from Tg Pinang Ferry terminal. Will definitely come back again!

This resort is about an hour drive from BBT. You need to contact the resort early to get taxi driver's contact and liase directly with him. You need pay 400 000 to driver. Price of food is rather resonable but limited choices. The food from Ocean House seem better. There were black ants outside the room and small ants in several areas of the room, crawling up to bed continously even though we don't eat on the bed. Overall okay. May still consider staying again.

Lives up to its name - one of a kind indeed ”
Love the quiet private suite - and my kids went crazy here! There were all sorts of fishes and crabs right below the pool and the sea was see through. Breakfast was really decent and good and the restaurants serves really good food with a decent price. Wasn't exorbitant hence we decided to not step out anywhere and stay within the villa as everything was really affordable. Staff were super friendly and we got a masseuse to massage us in the villa which costed us ard sgd40 each which I thought was a pretty good price. Highly recommended!

This resort is located on a quiet seaside, across a narrow road is the beach, you can walk all the way south to enjoy the white clouds between the sea and the sky, swaying coconut trees, lush pine trees, as well as kelong and fishing boats among the waves. The tidal flats are full of cute molluscs and arthropods, suitable for all those who love nature and tranquility. The design of the hotel is very creative. Children can play in the pool on the first floor, and they can have a clear view through the transparent glass of the balcony on the second floor, which is very safe. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. The staff is also very friendly.

Intan and Fadil was an amazing host in the resort and it was my first time traveling after Covid happened and they were very hospitable and sincere and genuine! Recommended awesome activities and worth the money too and of course the seafood in the resort was amazing as well!

We’re stayed here for 2 nights and got best view at villa aqua. The foods also delicious, especially the grilled and steamed fish. We’re also had a good moment, when we woke up, the sunrise and birds chirping were beautiful and so the sunset, how beautiful the ocean looks, and tide from our villa. All the facilities are the best. Never regret to come back here

Stayed one night at villa aqua (executive suite ocean view) and enjoyed every bit of it! As the resort doesn’t provide shuttle bus from BBT terminal, we had to arrange with the resort for private car transport (450000 rupiah/way). Room is clean and spacious, bathroom is huge. Villa comes with a private pool facing the sea and had direct access to the sea too! Each villa has their own paddle boat and we had so much fun with that. The sea near the villa is quite shallow and they provide safety vest too. There is also a swing in the waters which is perfect for photos! Staff in the villa were all very friendly and attentive to our needs! There are 2 restaurants in the villa which is sufficient for us. Breakfast is buffet style with mostly local food. There are 2 massage options for us to choose from, in-room massage and Aroma River Spa (20min car ride away), both were great! Many small insects in the pool and a staff will come by at around 8am to clear them with a net (but impossible to clear those at the bottom). Not a problem for us as we still enjoyed the pool dips and the time soaking in the glory of the surrounding sea and sky. Water activities are available at extra cost but not much activities for kids so they might get bored if you’re planning for a stay with children. All else considered, it’s a peaceful and quiet place for relaxing and throwing away the stresses in the city! Will definitely recommend to friends and visit again next time!
