I booked my mom and my daughter to stay for 2 nights for my daughter’s biometrics and medical appointment nearby. As they travel from the province, they arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time. Hotel staff politely advised them for extra charge if they check in early which my daughter refused and told the staff they’re willing to wait. Just after a few minutes they were sitting at the hotel lobby, the receptionist approached them again that she can let them in the hotel room earlier for free ( that they’re lucky enough there’s an empty room ready). More to that, they were even upgraded to the executive room!!! On behalf of my mom and my daughter, we are very thankful for the receptionist for providing an exceptional customer service. Great job I wish I got your name. Thank you for the hotel staff for being so accommodating. On top of everything, my daughter was very please about the ambiance, cleanliness and everything was such a great experience for her. Note, she travels a lot and she have stayed in different hotels. To be honest, I am forever grateful to follow the instructions of my review center to booked in this place because its just a 2-3 mins away (walking distance) to my exam location, which is the Trident tower (Nclex-Exam Center). I booked also their Airport Service (depends upon how many are you and luggages) but for me I am a solo traveler with 3 luggages (International flight) it was worth it of paying 1,900 pesos one way because, starting from that service until to the lobby, they are all very professional and very much accomodating, what I love about there staff, they wear there smile a lot, and very effecient in their service. I guarantee, Its clean and its a safe place to stay. Security, Bell boy, lobbyist and houskeeeping staff also are excellent, This hotel will always have a very special place in my heart, 🇺🇸👩🏻⚕️ I PASS MY NCLEX EXAM IN ONE TAKE ONLY (I still and will always remember my room number, It was a lucky room for me 🥰🤩) and I will never stop recommending this place to all my friends who will take the exam or not, because its very accessible to everything (even to my BANK 😄 which is 2-3mins away, too). Take note, they have a massage room service, which I use to relax the day before my exam. Its affordable. Hidden Gem”
The compound consists of five 20-story buildings (101-105) witha pool, gym, cafe and restaurant. It is hidden, which is good for those seeking quiet and privacy. But, you cannot walk to other restaurants and cafes; you will need a car. Still, it is only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle including Clark Safari and Dinosaur Park. We were very impressed by the security, specious and clean unit, quick elevators, well maintained facilities and ample above and underground parking. We recommend that more towels are provided (two rather than one per person), utensils were also lacking. Though there was a smart TV, we had to login using our Netflix and Prime accounts. My family and I highly recommend the place as excellent value for money; serene and clean place to relax.
