Property policies

In line with the "New Normal" brought about by the pandemic, contactless check-in is encouraged by local authorities. SELF CHECK-IN shall be implemented effective immediately unless the guest requires assistance. There will be no porters/ service attendants to assist guests during check-in. The code for the key vault will be given at the reception desk upon presentation by the guest of a valid passport or any government-issued ID with a photo and signature together with the reservation voucher bearing the confirmation number. Only the guest/s named on the voucher may be issued with the key vault code. Presentation of VACCINATION CERTIFICATE/CARD is STRICTLY REQUIRED upon check-in. Unvaccinated guests are required to present a negative RT-PCR Test. The standard check-in time is between 14:00H and 22:00H. Late check-in beyond 22:00 shall be accommodated subject to prior notice. The standard check-out is no later than 11:00H. Strictly no early check-in or late check-out. We need enough time to clean and sanitize the room for our next guests. The maximum room capacity is 2 persons. Strictly no extra adult person allowed. 2 children below 7 years of age can stay for free, sharing the bed with adults. Extra mattress with blanket and pillows is charged at P500.00. Certain items in the unit such as towels, pillows, etc. are not souvenir items. Any missing item shall be charged accordingly. Any breakage or damage to the appliances and furniture shall likewise be charged. No visitors allowed in the room (due to security measures being implemented in line with COVID 19 safety protocols) Please notify your host 30 minutes before check out. The room is a non-smoking place. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. A violation shall be fined at Php 1,000.00. Any damage caused by water sprinklers due to prohibited smoking shall be charged accordingly. Pets are not allowed inside the unit. A violation shall be fined at Php 5,000.00. Partying is not allowed inside the unit. A violation shall be fined at P15,000.00. Cooking of "foul-smelling food items" is not allowed. A violation shall be fined at P5,000.00 The swimming pool is open from 07:00H to 21:00H. Only 2 guests are allowed to swim for free per unit, Extra guests shall be charged at P200.00 / guest. In case of fire, stay calm, close the window. Turn off the lights, leave the unit, and close the door. Proceed to the nearest emergency exit. This property has no luggage storage area. Safekeeping of luggage before check-in and after check-out is not allowed. Room make-up/cleaning is available only for guests who are staying for more than two (2) nights. Cleaning and sanitation materials inside the room are available for use by guests on a short stay.

Exceptional”

Location is very convenient, it is very near the bridgeway to NAIA3. Room is clean, and has basic amenities (coffee, bottled water, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels) which I really appreciate. Host is very nice and accommodating. Did not have a chance to swim, but the pool looks very inviting. Will stay again when there is a chance.

From gate bay13 and across the road on foot 5mins.”

This room is nice.i highly recommended. From terminal 3, use gate bay 13, and go up the stairs, you’ll see the big road. across the road , few mins walk more.you get the gate of this condominium.

Over night stay”

A short over night stay after a flight and then before another one. Directions to the place are good and there is a lot of security. It is noisy so be sure to take ear plugs! Overall it was just what we were looking for before another flight.

Perfect set-up to leave NAIA terminal 3”

Easy walk to and from terminal 3. No need to worry about traffic. Clean upscale neighborhood. Not much to do/places to eat if we have some evening hours to kill. Food delivery is an option. Fairly easy to check in, hassle free departure.
