Property policies

In line with the "New Normal" brought about by the pandemic, check-in will be contactless. SELF CHECK-IN will be strictly implemented effective immediately. There will be no porters/ service attendants to assist guests during check-in. The code for the key vault will be given at the reception desk upon presentation by the guest of a valid passport or any government-issued ID with photo and signature together with the reservation voucher bearing the confirmation number. Only the guest/s named on the voucher may be issued with the key vault code. The standard check-in time is between 15:00H and 22:00H. Late check-in beyond 22:00 shall be accommodated subject to prior notice. The standard check-out is no later than 11:00H. Strictly no early check-in or late check-out. 2 children below 7 years of age can stay for free, sharing the bed with adults. Extra mattress / extra person shall be charged at Php 500.00 / person. Certain items in the unit such as towels, pillows, etc. are not souvenir items. Any missing item shall be charged accordingly. Any breakage or damage on the appliances and furniture shall likewise be charged. Visitors are allowed in the room between 07:00H to 18:00H. Non-registered visitors are not allowed inside the unit beyond this time frame. In the event the visitors stayed overnight, an extra charge of Php 800.00 per person shall apply. Please notify your host 30 minutes before check out. The room is a non-smoking place. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony. A violation shall be fined at Php 1,000.00. Any damage caused by water sprinklers due to prohibited smoking shall be charged accordingly. Pets are not allowed inside the unit. A violation shall be fined at Php 5,000.00. Partying is not allowed inside the unit. A violation shall be fined at P15,000.00. Cooking or bringing-in of foul-smelling food items is not allowed. A violation shall be fined at P5,000.00 The swimming pool is open from 06:00H to 22:00H. Only 2 guests are allowed to swim for free per unit, Extra guests shall be charged at P200.00 / guest. In case of fire, stay calm, close the window. Turn off the lights, leave the unit, and close the door. Proceed to the nearest emergency exit. This property has no luggage storage area. Safekeeping of luggage before check-in and after check-out is not allowed.

    “Its so convenient to all establishments especially the airport.We enjoy our stay even short time.”

    Easy access for a travelers especially if have a connecting flight on the next day you can stay for a walking distance to NAIA terminal 3. You don’t need to travel by car and got stranded to traffic. Thank you for the hospitality. My husband and i will definitely came back again.
