The only thing I had difficulty was contacting the accommodation, I had to contact them in facebook, find another number so on and forty. Good thing it's not peak season it's not actually a problem. The room is perfect, AC are inverter, they a TV. They have extra bunk bed in the room that you can request if you want. They have toiletres but no toothbrush. That's fine, it's pandemic.

Can be a good option if caught in manila wo a place to stay”
Not along the road. About 3 to 4 houses away when you enter a small alley. So preferably, check in day time. Tho if u do night time, use WAZE. Type one terrence residences. When you see an alley, you will see a small salon. Ask for directions. Helpful. OTR is about 4 to 5 houses away from the alley entrance. The staff are very courteous, helpful, polite, and accomodating. The hallways need a little clearing of stuffs but when you get to your room, it is perfect for a tiring night. Beds are comfy. A/C is new and well functioning. Water system hot/cold very good. OTR has a small bar/resto at the rooftop. Good for tambayan at night. Foods they served are great. Kudos to the owner. This can be good for backpackers. Just that, there is no parking area. As advice for better improvement, maybe they can suggest nearby safe places or options to park guests' vehicles.

Just a Place to Sleep In”
It's located in an alley with no signage outside from the main road. It doesn't have a parking space. To get in, you need to press the doorbell all the time. It has a 10pm "curfew" but they allow until 12mn. Room we got was too small to have 2 doubledecks squeezed in. So if you need to move from one end of the room to the other, you need to excuse yourself. There's no moving room at all. Bathroom sink faucet doesn't work. Shower is clogged. TV doesn't work. There's a balcony but facing an inner parking space. No views there. Wifi is fast, though, so that's a plus. There's a water dispenser outside for your hot and cold drink needs. AC temp is just fine, I like it. I think we couldnt adjust it but it's not too cold so that's okay. The staff is fairly helpful but a little grumpy sometimes. I suggest to smile more and be more welcoming, especially when your guests are tired coming from somewhere and glad they have a place to stay. All in all, One Terence Place is more of a boarding house or dormitory or for transient stays. It's not a place you can enjoy by itself, apart from whatever your itinerary is. It's a place to stay when you have business to do in Manila, like process travel papers, visit government offices, apply for a job, apply for university, etc. and just need a place to sleep.

Absolutely a Disaster ”
Sink plumbing leaks, spider webs everywhere, roaches, no good internet, go buy shampoo, soap, and toilet tissues. Nothing provided, so quite a huge disappointment all around. Even told my wife we would get charged extra to let her nephew sleep here with her son in his room. Ridiculous

Last Saturday 11/19/22 we went back to our room from a concert it was 11pm and when we got there it was lock and no one answer to open the door for us we tried to contact there number shows in google and we tried many times to call the attention of the attendant. According to the people outside the attendant was drunk
