Excellent stay”
We really enjoyed staying at Onong and looking forward to come again many times. I felt for once it is like experiencing living in Indonesia.. Food is excellent, beach charming, service and stuff lovely, atmosphere at the top, you feel like a family, the place is calm, rooms are very well maintained.. By European standards, this hotel is excellent thanks to the excellent job of the management and the warm welcoming culture of the working team. I advise this hotel even for people looking for a good relaxation, not only to divers.. Only one point to improve: towels smelled strongly naphthalene, sometimes till the extent of almost throwing up. It would be good if at least the face towels would be washed and stored away from naphthalene

Spacious bungalow on the beach”
We stayed there 4 nights in August 2019. The rooms are clean, comfortable, wifi and aircon are working (not always the case in this island). Water in the shower is a bit salty. They even had a mini fridge. Staff is very attentive. Food menu is a bit repetitive. Lunch were not included but should be by default since there are not many options on the island. Not cheap accomodation for Indonesia standard but they did a good effort at providing 5 stars services. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great Restful Vacation”
I went with my girlfriend for a 7 day diving and snorkeling retreat. It was a great place to find rest. Peaceful, quiet and enjoy the great creation of God. Sunrise, Sunset and great diving sites. The food served was beyond of our expectation. Taste good and well presented. Its standard is as good as 5 stars hotel restaurant standard. We will come back again :)

Separate toilet and shower 30 metres from bedroom”
The standard room that we paid for was advertised to include toilet and shower as well as air conditioning. This was not true. The toilet and shower were located 30metres away from the bedroom in a block with no air conditiioning - walking along an open balcony past other guests' bedrooms. This was extraordinarily inconvenient and embarassing, as well as being highly uncomfortable given the hot weather. The Hospitality Manager insisted that the resort had informed Agoda of the toilet and shower location and in effect accused Agoda of falsely advertising the room. When we complained we were told that there was no alternative room available, despite there being at least 3 vacant rooms in the resort, which remained empty for the subsequent 3 days.

A perfect dive resort, walk into the sea and see amazing underwater life!”
Great for divers, not ideal for a family since there is little other entertainment and the mealtimes are set to fit the dive schedules. Great for little "snorkel learners" as you can walk into the sea and see lots of sealife abt. 15 mtrs from the beach. Our son, 7, loved it! Sad though to have plastic floating around even there.

Voyage de noces et snorkeling ”
Établissement idéalement placé sur siladen. Chambre spacieuse propre et conforme à la description la salle de bain est située dans le couloir en face en dehors de la chambre mais ce n est pas plus mal pour l humidité du au climat et pour la saison. La climatisation est en supplément mais cela reste un tarif raisonnable. Les repas pris en commun permet un bon echange avec les voyageurs de l hôtel. La qualité des repas est au rendez vous et le services très bien avec du personnel toujours à l’ecoute et une équipe souriante. L accessibilité a la piscine et au comodites de l hôtel luda laut boutique est aussi très appréciable et permet de rencontrer autour d un verre les pensionnaires de l autre hôtel et ainsi échanger sur les différentes plongées possibles. Les spots de snorkeling sont accessible soit depuis la plage devant le Kuda laut soit depuis le oonong ce qui a été vraiment appréciable pour nous. Pour les spots sur bunaken le dive center organise des sorties tout les jours.

Le resort est très bien tenu, tous les détails ont manifestement été bien pensés, les repas sont assez bons et variés, pris en commun ils permettent de rencontrer et converser avec les résidents et sont très sympatiques, le staff est adorable, très souriant et aux petits soins. Ce que je n'ai pas du tout apprécié par contre c'est de devoir subir les travaux de construction de leur nouveau resort voisin. Cela commençait à 7h jusqu'au soir tous les jours, avec beaucoup de bruit très fort toute la journée. Comme j'ai eu la malchance d'avoir du mauvais temps quasi tous les jours pendant ma semaine de séjour, il n'y avait rien d'autre à faire que rester sur sa terrasse les après-midi pluvieux et donc aucun moyen de se relaxer. Quand on traverse la moitié de la planète pour aller sur une toute petite île comme celle là et qu'on paie pas bon marché pour cela, on s'attend à y trouver une certaine forme de paix et quiétude, mais là c'était impossible de faire une sieste, de la méditation ou du yoga. Y avait aussi les bruits de la journée, le resto voisin, les coqs, la vie du village, donc pas calme du tout. Quant à s'éloigner du resort sur la plage plus loin, on peut l'oublier car elle est couverte de beaucoup détritus échoués (pas la faute du resort, la pollution flotte depuis Manado entre autres) et ce n'est pas zen du tout. Pas de dédommagement ou réduction, ma demande a été refusée tout net, seul le lunch m'a été offert le jour de mon départ. Je trouve cela très injuste et je garde malheureusement un souvenir mitigé de mon séjour. Surtout que j'avais écris bien avant pour demander une chambre calme et qu'on ne m'a jamais dit qu'il y aurait des travaux lourds. Vraiment dommage... En plus lors du check-out on ma facturé le tarif pour l'entrée du parc national, alors que par email aussi à l'avance on m'avait assuré que je n'aurai pas à payer pour cela. On m'a d'ailleurs dit plus tard, quand j'étais à Bunaken l'île voisine, que j'aurais dû recevoir un jeton en plastique pou

餐饮太差，环境小，设施少，陈旧”
西拉登岛酒店不多，浮潜环境好。可能8月是旺季，出行时间只订到这个酒店，2200多一天房间，是住过离岛酒店性价比最低的。酒店服务态度很好，但环境小，就十间左右客房，两排餐桌，餐饮非常单调，每天中晚餐就一荤一素一面一汤再加上水果，吃了四天完全没胃口。旁边潜店价格也略高，潜水设备都单项报价。看海豚半日游报价比市内低，估计是路程短，船大平稳。总体而言，带小孩的建议选岛上另外一家正西边的大酒店，沙滩大、浮潜和酒店环境好、每天可以直接看日落，还有游泳池、kayak。

这间酒店位置面朝大海，员工热情如火，三餐也挺不错的，就是美式早餐不是很合适我的口味，还有Wi-Fi有点慢，不过看到酒店步行几分钟就是浮潜点抵消！！酒店还优秀帅气潜水教练、100分的服务态度～32个赞喔！！
