Lovely accomodation”
I stayed here for 6 nights. The room was tidied and cleaned daily and I was moved straight away when I complained at midnight about the noise coming from the room adjacent to mine. The walls are thin but it was quiet enough once I changed rooms. The breakfast is €10 and it’s great. The boat is also conveniently close to a tram station.

In my opinion the location of the hotel is 5 stars, from the staff to the room absolutely 5 stars. Amazing stay I would definitely stay again if I was to stay in Budapest again. No 5 star Ritz or four seasons could compare. One little downside is that the walls are a little thin and SLO the restaurant isn’t open due to Covid but apart from that it was an amazing stay. Thank you to all the staff and even the housekeeping for a wonderful stay. I hope to see you all in the future again.

1 night on the river”
We spent 1 night on board. Room was not that spacious but still comfy. Bathroom was quite big and well equipped. There are espectacular views from the deck. Breakfast was limited but good. The staff was simply amazing. At the moment both the restaurant and the bar are closed but you can find everything in the neighborhood. We will go back in August for sure.

What a fantastic floating hotel, on the Danube with views of the Parliament building across the river. We chose a room with a view & it was spotless. The staff were so friendly & the breakfast was super. 2 minor things - the bar is only open at weekends & you can hear your next door neighbours! Overall though, we loved the hotel.

Despite of the negative reviews which I read about this place, I must admit that I had an amazing experience. First of all the staff were super kind and friendly and they looked after us at all times. I had to do an early check in for one room and a late checkout for another room and this was not an issue at all. The location is great however is a little bit hard to get to the main road as you have to go other way around but if you are a person who likes walks it shouldn’t be a problem. The rooms are very warm and clean. For this value you can’t expect luxury so guys stop complaining about small things. Indeed the noise from the neighbours is noticeable and what I found more annoying was actually the music of the hotel from the corridor playing all night. Other than that, if you are a person who wants to visit Budapest and you have a short stay for little money I think this place is great. Highly recommend🙂. A massive thank you for all the staff! You were amazing!!!

Very unique experience really enjoyed our stay on the river side of Buda, breakfast simple but good, shame the bar was closed because of COVID-19 but would recommend and the view of the government building lit up at night was fantastic

Good location, very noisy!”
The only positive point is the location. To park the car is quiet difficult (mostly full). The lady in the reception was quiet friendly as we checked in but as soon we have a problem/complain, her reaction was completely opposite. The big issue was the noise. We heard clearly any single word from the next room. The view from our room was full of trash! The breakfast was good and has view to Parliament Building. We would not recommend MS Cezanne if you need sleeping and relaxing.

I recommend avoiding this place.”
I don't reccomend this hotel to anyone. They don't care about their own customers. I had reservation in MS CEZANNE for the weekend. I drove 600 km to see the closed bars and the guy on the boat who showed me from 20 meters that the hotel is closed and he didn't even come to me to give me any explanation about this situation. Even though it was raining at that moment. I tried to call them but no one answer and later no one called me back. What's immportant, I wrote to the hotel about 2 weeks before my arrival and they confirmed my reservation. The hotel's approach was terrible. I recommend avoiding this place.

We arrived at hotel then found that it’s closed!!! Staff advised us to go to the next boat without any recommendation. Fortunately next boat still has available room, mean that we pay more but get the lower room rate, not recommended and I really disappointed with this
