Wonderful hotel with beautiful onsen”

This was an incredible find. The hotel is new, incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed. The star of the show is the onsen and sauna. There are two indoor pools, and one large outdoor pool, plus a sauna. The changing area is spacious. The roomwear is really comfortable (and stylish). Highly recommended, it's a great place to stay in Sapporo.

Modern Japanese style Ryokan”

I was looking for a hotel with large bath and non-buffer breakfast. Yuen meets the criteria. And exceeded my expectations. Stayed 2 nights. They even changed the breakfast menus slightly for 2nd day. Great service. Highly recommend!!

Best hotel so far”

It’s very spacious and clean. The room was gorgeous!! The amenities were excellent. The onsen was beautiful and very clean. I especially liked the onsen that is open to outdoors. There’s enough laundry machines for everyone and irons. Honestly the next time I’m back in Sapporo, I’ll book this hotel for my entire stay. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Wish it was less crowded ”

I love thé free milk ice-cream they have at the public bath. Changing area for the public bath is pretty crowded. Also wish they had a roofless outdoor public bath.

Nice Onsen with Free Ice Cream”

Place is a bit out of the way from the bustling Susukino area, but a good midway between Sapporo station and Susukino. I stayed for two nights during peak season, so the value wasn't very good for me! The onsen is very nice tho!

Modern onsen hotel with comfortable environment”

Modern design in the hotel lobby and room. The onsen with 2 pools, 1 outdoor and 1 indoor, are a bit small but the resting room is comfortable. The room is excellent with large window and table and sofa. The location is few-minute walk from the exit of sapporo station. It is a bit not convenient in snowy day as you have to walk with your luggage outdoor. The overall experience is great and is recommended!
