very good service and value for money. ”
stayed for 3 nights in Onyado Nono Namba with my spouse and 2 boys (2.5 and 4 yrs old). Opposite the hotel and on the same side along the hotel there's 7-11, family mart, lawson. Both the boys love the natural hot spring. There's microwave, vending machine, hot water dispenser, smoking rooms at certain floors. The free ramen at night is nice, i love the soup base. I used the washing machine that comes with washing powder in it, the clothes are clean and smell nice... paid ¥100 yen for the dryer. On the 4th day morning I had diarrhoea and vomit, the hotel staffs are very kind to extend our checkout to 3hours later so I can rest in the room.
Meticulous and a Hotel who try their super best to provide their best service to customers”
Stayed 6 nights. Location - Good, walking distance to Dotonburi, Kuromon Market, Namba Walk, Shinsaibashi. Very near to station. Exit 6, turn right, past 7-11. For elevator, exit 10, cross the main road, see Family Mart, straight down, pass 7-11 and can see hotel. Room was cleaned everyday. It was meticulously cleaned and items was replenished carefully. Nice bed. Hotspring and Onsen was fun. A good soak to settle our tired legs and body. To Singaporeans, it was a fun experience. We bathed at Onsen everyday. Area was clean, comfy and spacious. Luxury Pola products was given. Full range of necessary products was given. Beautiful dressing room. Hotel staff are polite and welcoming. Free delicious noodles and kimchi from 9pm - 11pm is a bonus for guests. Overall, am glad I selected this hotel. Have had a nice stay here. Thank you Onyado Nono Hot Spring Hotel.
Amazing location, wonderful room and great breakfast”
We loved our stay at Onyado Nono Namba hotel. The location is ideal, steps away from Dotonbori and all the food options, and very close to the Nippombashi Station for easy access to the rest of Osaka. The family room was plenty of space for our family of four, which is hard to find in Japan. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire facility is very clean. The spa was quite nice, and I used it twice during our 2 night stay. The Japanese and Western breakfast was excellent, as was the late night ramen! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Osaka.
Amazing place”
We had a wonderful stay in Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot spring. The staff was most helpful with our luggage transportation. We enjoyed very much the hot spring bath after a long day visiting Osaka
Convenient Location, Nice Rooms, but a bit pricey”
Stayed there for 1 night upon arriving in Osaka. The location is very convenient for anyone coming straight from the airport: it's a 10min walk from the Namba Station where the Airport Express train arrives (pro tip: take the Rapi:t) The hotel is actually the sister hotel of Dormy Inn a few blocks north. The decor look similar, they both have the same spa and free evening noodle. Onyado Nono is just a bit more premium: the rooms are bigger, nicer, and the whole hotel feels more recent. The room was very comfortable if a bit cramped. Just not sure the price differential with Dormy Inn was justified.
A quiet haven ”
Onyado Nono Namba was a quiet haven in the midst of busy Dontonbori. It was so wonderful to come from a long day and find quiet in their spaces, hot baths and rooms. It was super clean and the staff really helpful and pleasant. They offered free Ramen after 9pm which was totally fun. I would go back to this place in a heart beat.
Great location and hotel”
We enjoyed our stay at Onyado Nono Namba. The staff was friendly and helpful and made the check-in/check-out process super easy. The rooms themselves were decent sized and very clean with comfortable beds, linens, and amenities. The location is perfect - super close to the market shops and many other delicious restaurants. The onsen was clean and calming (much better than others we experienced in Japan), however, it was quite busy so be aware of that. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel!
SO GOOOOD”
It was so reasonable price and convenient. Also, they are so kind and nice. I was impressed. If i go to Japan again, i'll book a reservation to Onyado Nono Namba. Thank you so much for your help.
A Family of 6 adults ”
Chose Onyado Nono Onsen Hotel for my sister's family visiting Japan for the first time. They loved the tatami mat decor and how comfortable the room and beds were that they were happy just spending their time in the room. It was 5 mins to the Ichiba Kuromon Fish Market and Dotonburi entrance gate. Many excellent restaurants nearby. We were spoilt for choice and more than met our expectations. The free ramen treat was a bonus.
Good hotel & location is excellent. The rooms are clean. Friendly front desk staff.”
We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring!
Cosy beautiful hotel ”
This is a cosy hotel with a fantastic location near to Dontobori (8mins walk), Korumon (3mins walk) & Osaka station where the airport express train will drop u (11mins walk). More perks for choosing this hotel: - They just opened in 2017 - Complimentary hot springs (soak ur aches away daily after shopping) - Cosy & Clean (full hotel tatami flooring) - Complimentary noodle soup daily from 9pm - 11pm (and if u missed the session, u could even get free cup noodles from front desk!) - Relatively comfy beds - Good Service - The Jap & Western breakfast was good but do note daily the menu is same and selection for western is limited. For parents traveling with young kids, they are allowed to go into the hot spring with u. I saw toddlers joining their mum. Beware and not let them play with the remote as the hotel do have Adult movies on screen. I chose the option of room with make up service as I prefer to return to a neatly cleaned up room. Timing request via TV remote.
Great relaxing stay at hotspring hotel with superb location”
Great 2 nights stay at this hotspring hotel during mid Nov. We had booked 2 moderate twin rooms. The location was superb as it is just a 2 mins walk to the busy night street Dontonburi with a lot of food and entertainment choices. It is also a short walk to Nipponbashi subway and Kintetsu Nipponbashi station. From Nankai Namba station (which has direct airport transfer from Kansai airport via the Nankai Airport Express), it is a short 8 mins walk. There is also a convenience store and a 24-hour eatery just 1 or 2 blocks away. The entire hotel is very new and designed in traditional Ryokan style with Tatami flooring. Room size is decent and clean. Amenities are well provided, even includes international phone charger and free usage of washing machines. Free ramen supper and varieties of hot and cold beverages are provided from 9 to 11pm at the breakfast area, and simple yet delicious. Breakfast variety is good and the food is delicious too. The best is the hotspring facility. There is 1 cold pool (indoor), 2 hot pools (1 indoor and 1 semi-outdoor). The semi-outdoor pool gets addition of fresh fruits every morning for a refreshing fruity bath. The staff was also friendly and professional, and assisted us with our checkin and queries with patience. The only inconvenience is probably having to remove our shoes at the 1st floor reception area and go around the hotel barefoot or with hotel's disposable slippers. Would suggest the hotel to provide disposable room slippers by default (it was by request). All in all, we would certainly stay at this hotel again if we visit Osaka!
Great location and break fast”
I stayed in Onyado Nono Namba for 3 nights and the hotel offers really good breakfast. I read the review and most people recommended the breaskfast, so I decided to opt for breaskfast and it was the best thing.
Extremely yummy breakfast, traditional style hotel but too expensive and quite far away from namba”
Extremely yummy breakfast, traditional style hotel but room rate is too expensive And too far away from namba station Even breakfast is extremely yummy, there is no sashimi in Osaka onyado compared with Toyama onyado sakaiminato onyado
Cute, close to Dotonburi and Nipponbashi, but more convenient if closer to Namba Station”
The hotel is great in many ways, but I would choose to stay near Namba Station next time for better connection trains to Kyoto & Limousine Bus to ITM Osaka airport. Walking to Namba with a luggage was tiring. Close to Dotonburi food and shopping. Walkable to Shinsaibashi and high end shopping area. A few blocks to Namba Station. Close to Akiba Mario Kart - Highly recommend! Need International Drivers Permit from AAA.**** Onsen- Unfortunately didn’t have time to try, but looks nice. Free ramen noodles at 10pm, but I didn’t try. Rooms - Separate toilet from sink and shower. Plus. Bed - Low and not too comfortable for me. Only 1 flat pillow per person. Shoes off as you enter hotel. Half Chinese tourists, half Western. Ambiance - Simple traditional Japanese style. Room size - Smaller than what I am used to.
Very comfortable Stay”
When I looked up the pictures for this hotel, I already looked forward to the stay. After this trip, I can say that my choice was right. It was extremely comfortable and the design is quite unique. First of all, the location of this hotel is quite good as it is right beside Dotonbori. It is just 1-2mins walk from the subway. Checking in was also easy and fast; the staff can speak good English and other languages if needed. The hotel is decorated with tatami mats so you have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel. They will offer lockers for you to put the shoes away. You pretty much walk everywhere in hotel with bare foot. The room is pretty big for me and my girlfriend. We can open both luggage together without problems. The interior design is quite unique; it reminds me of those high end hot spring hotels I stayed before. The room is extremely clean and the staff pretty much clean it every day. I will definitely come again if I come Osaka again :)
Hot Spring Hotel in the middle of a city”
Awesome stay! I would definitely head back if I visit Osaka again. Though room is not as big, it's sufficient for two medium sized luggage. The toilet is decent (not hot tube), but we have 2 hot springs within the hotel. Do not expect huge hot spring and it can be crowded during peak period. You can check the crowd on TV in your hotel room before heading there. Most importantly, it is located near a subway station (not JR line) and a street across Dontonburi. #enoughsaid
An unique hotel at the center of Osaka”
I’ve been to Osaka for almost 10 times and this hotel is definitely my favorite. Ideally locates at the center of Osaka, Dotonbori, Den Den Town and Kuromon Market are within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. What makes the hotel unique, are its Japanese design, attentive services, hot spring and the free ramen at night. To make it more Japanese and to ensure its cleanliness, you have to take off your shoes at the lobby, and the staff will clean the luggage wheels for you before enter. Staff are nice and speak good English. Strongly recommend to those who would like to stay somewhere Japanese and in the city centre.
Beyond my expectation...”
Spending two nights here and I totaly loved it. The hotel located in a heart of Namba area where it closed to Dotonbori Shopping Street. The room was clean, nice and okay enough for two persons. Free noodles at night and hot spring is available for you. I like where the hotel forced us to take off shoes at the lobby. Feel comfy walking without derts. We were arriving at 2am since our flight got delayed from Bangkok, the night shift staff didn't speak english so well but overall they are great in service.
Clean, close, and caring staff”
Our first time in Osaka and we couldn't have picked a better hotel for this price range Guests need to remove their shoes in the lobby. At first i thought this was a little strange but later realized how clean the entire hotel was thanks to this custom. Excellent idea The rooms were efficiently designed and had everything we needed. Small, yes, but it didn't feel small thanks to the layout. I was the biggest in our room at 178cm/75kg and the room felt just right (2 adults, 2 kids). But note that we only used the room to sleep The sauna was clean, new, and well-maintained. A great way to end a long day of walking around Osaka. The water is hot, though, at 41 degrees celsius. The kids found it too hot. Maybe 38-39 degrees would be more comfortable They have coin operated washing machines which is great for those staying a week or longer (we did not use) The staff is great. Both myself (english speaker) and my wife (korean) could communicate with staff efficiently
